I've talked with Crystal "Immora" Frasier (Paizo's own Production Specialist, and my first co-conspirator in the official Pathfinder Paper Minis gig), and she's all over this like beans on rice. Dunno what she has planned, especially since I don't have the level of insider access that she does, but I wanted to let folks know that there will be pretty new minis sets designed by her coming soon.

And since she has that elusive quality known as a "work ethic," expect her stuff to be on-time. Any delays can be laid squarely at my feet. :P

Paper miniatures...I remember there used to be some folks on this site that made paper miniatures...even remember buying them here. But that was so long, long ago...

I've gotten a sampling of some of the minis for this set: some delicious kobolds. And they are delicious indeed. I keep sashaying my way to being Crystal's equal, but she just bolts on ahead, pulling the bar up with her. I think it's a lost cause unless she goes into a coma for, like, a decade. :P

I'll be seeing how they look printed shortly. Might post up a preview later if there's interest. :D

I actually made minis for Savage Tide- or, rather, my home game of Savage Tide. A lot of my more generic sets coming up will work well. I plan on doing a lot more monsters and NPC types, which should let you round out a lot of encounters.

I'm unable to professionally produce minis for Savage Tide, however. IIRC, Wizards owns all that stuff, not Paizo. So no naked half-nympth/half-demons with black feathery wings in an official context. I've done some fanservice of her, though, and I might make a mini later just for fun. Cross your fingers. :P

They are a-comin'. Crystal's doing Kingmaker sets, and I'm gonna tackle related products (might do some Kellids for Kingmaker, and it appears to be fey-heavy, so I might get a nice fey set going, too).

Just uploaded the first Kingmaker set; 40 minis, priced a buck higher than the other sets ($4.99 USD instead of $3.99) due to impressive size. I expect it to be available for sale sometime on Wednesday, unless Vic's, like, having a dance party or is ultra-busy that day. This set's all Crystal, BTW, so don't hit me if my covers continue to suck compared to her's; I don't have her access or fancy art schoolin' to whip up that kind of awesome.

There will also be a FREE PDF addendum, also by Crystal, with stats for NPC hirelings (there's a set of freebie hirelings within the first Kingmaker set), scheduled for release soon. I really should do more for this; I might not do the NPC sets like I did with #19 and #20, but I'd do something like Katapeshi Encounters (thugs, merchants, and some of the NPCs from the adventure, plus a few extra goodies), different genies (efreeti set to contain You-Know-Who, marid set with a similar deal with another You-Know-Who, yada yada), proteans, etc. That way, you guys get really useful minis for LoF, and folks who aren't running it get genies, proteans, and Katapeshi-folk.

I expect it to be available for sale sometime on Wednesday, unless Vic's, like, having a dance party or is ultra-busy that day.

And yes, I am available for commissions. Since I've yet to be a smart businessman and come up with a cost per hour estimate, I'm going off of the numbers my old commissioners have used and charge $5 per mini made; obviously, printing a sheet with just one mini can be kind of silly, though, so if other PCs want to chip in, I can also do a set of them.
