Loot Spreadsheet for Parchment 1
Here's the loot spreadsheet. I only added a few things as an example for now, but the way I designed it you can keep a list of all loot found in column 1, putting in the place you found it and a list of what it is in a comment. The Party Treasure list lists things that haven't been divied up yet. Then there's columns for individual loot as assigned to know who it went to.
Of course if there's a different way you'd like to use it, that's up to you.
Also the second book was 150gp

Hey Buggula, go ahead and take the above arrows. We had a set of bolts and arrows with the same description.
The bolts went to AV and the arrows can go to Aedorn. Just look in KM's post above as to what they are.
That way, I can take those off the list as well once you got them copied over.

Fine with Sow Though, Bostarg. Can't wait to see it used to be honest!
The holy symbol is worth 250gp, Joana.
During this time frame, existing magical items can indeed be increased, though at full price for the magic portion (so 1,000gp to make existing masterwork armor +1). This would involve being without those items for the requisite time, but that shouldn't affect anything.

That said, I realized I missed something. Everyone will receive an additional 1500gp that can be spent during this three months to help outfit you (doh!). If anyone has access to any craft feats (I'd have to look), you may use this time to do so.
This ;)
Cheers on the Sow Thought King Mark - I agree it should be most fun *evil laugh*

Been browsing Ultimate Equipment and wanted to run something past you for approval KM.
Are you ok with the following:
Has a list price of 2,000gp in the book.

I've been really struggling trying to level Tatya up as a Witch, and I think it's because what I really want to do is take a level of Rogue (Poisoner) and start making and using poisons. It'll put us behind a level on getting cure moderate wounds, but her healing hex and potions plus Bostag's wand ought to keep us patched up for another level. As she's already been crafting alchemical items (and has a criminal history of poison use), it's not a huge shift character-wise, and I'm unlikely to take more than the one level.
Here's her stat block as a witch 2/rogue (poisoner) 1, with everything but her gold spent. If the level dip meets DM approval, I can have her ready to go tomorrow.

Also, 1d4 ⇒ 3 for rogue hp.

Meh, forgot the extra trait. Think she'll take the +2 vs. charms/compulsions.
“Focus strengthens your will.” Adrastus Thorn drills you on ways to avoid magic that seek to take control of your mind and divert you from your mission. You gain a +2 trait bonus on saving throws against charm and compulsion effects.

I also took that one. Alazandaru's will save is a large concern. I'll take Iron Will later too.

Just a heads up that my PC decided to stop operating as normal today. I hope to get it up and running over the weekend (not 100% sure what's wrong, but I have a friend who knows abit). I can still post from my iPad, but I can't manipulate the battlemats that way, though I can see them. This shouldn't be too long (I hope!), but I'll see about continuing on.
I'll see about getting everything rolling tonight to continue on, though now I'll be drafting the post entirely by hand. I usually do big posts by copy/paste flavor text from the book, and edit it in a word doc to fit, usually well before it becomes applicable. Then before I post do a bit of editing to fit if anythings changed. I know, cheap method, lol.

As we go through events, time is going to play a larger role at certain parts. To this end, I've added a google spreadsheet calendar to the campaign tab. I'll be updating this as we go to help reflect this. I've made it editable, so if you all want to mark events and such on it, please feel free to do so.

Tatya, Bostarg, Aedorn, Morthos all up. All move Odenkirk and men in response.
What do you mean by this bolded part, KM?
If you mean for us to roll the attacks for the NPC's, that's hard to do when we don't know what they are wielding as a weapon.
But, if it were me, I'd have Odenkirk, OM4, and OM5 attack WE5.
Then I would have OM2 and OM3 attack WE2.
Then I would have OM1 and OM6 attack WE1.
Of course, if any of these WE's die and there's still men left who have not attacked, I'd move them toward the nearest WE and have them attack that one.
Anyway, I don't know if you meant for us to roll their attack or not, but if so, that's all any of us can pretty much do seeing how we know nothing of the weapons they use.

What that bolded part means is that someone (coughmecough) needs to better proofread. I meant I'll, not all. And even then, the grammatical error in the sentence is apparent (though not as much).
I'll get to updating here in a sec.

Big guns, BAY-BEE! All those sorry 1 digit rolls are now outta the way, fish chumps! It's die time! Heck yeah! (And by die time, I mean the Triton will be dying. Not us. Just wanna make that clear, m-kay? We now return to our regularly schedule trash-talking.)
Heck yeah! Die time! Whoooo!

Gee...you don't REALLY have to do that just for our sake :p
Of course he does. Tatya's very concerned about how bad these barbarian nobodies are making us look, taking out multiple elementals per round while we're struggling. ;P
Am I the only one who finds it really counter-intuitive that stabbing water with a pointy piece of metal can hurt it? Same thing with fire and air, I guess; with earth elementals, at least there's something solid there to hit and do damage to. Elementals are weird.
Alazandaru's pretty nifty in the water.
Yeah, his backstory was all boat-y, wasn't it? My characters who end up in the water always have negative Swim modifiers. :P

I totally blame the dice roller. Not like anyone forgot miss chance rolls for them...thrice. Only twice. And now this battle will not be so nice. For the barbarians, who shall be like mice.
Okay, no idea where that came from.

This is actually a point I agree with whole-heartedly. Unfortunately the rules don't support it. If they at least had DR/magic it would feel abit better to me.

Yeah, it's thoroughly a game-balance thing, so you can have summonable elementals at low levels. It's like the choosing to heal or harm when you channel energy, instead of the energy automatically doing both, like it did in Beta: it doesn't make any sense if you think about it, but the mechanics are better for gameplay.

I only just realised I rolled a D8 for HP rather than the 1d4+4. I got a 4 on the D8 so I actually have less than the minimum possible under KM's rules. Will roll now and update max hp after this fight.
1d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

You would think at some freaking point that the 1's would stop pouring out. I swear, you know, I was in combat in this one pbp and I went the first 6 or 7 rounds before I even hit! And I already had fallen once during that course.
But as bad as that sounds, I just don't think I've ever seen so many 1's in 1 round of rolling.
In your previous rolls, you rolled like 9 times or so, and like 6 of them were single digits. And 1 of those single digit rolls came out of a stinkin' d100! I mean, c'mon! You'd like to think this can't continue but heck, who knows?
Man I hope it ends at some point. Heck, I'm frustrated for you, dude. I know exactly how you feel. What we need to do is find a way to take AK's dice. :)
I've never seen anyone roll as well as you do, AK, on such a consistent basis. It's pretty amazing really.
