Quick one for you gang - I had Maxim conjure his loyal steed thinking it would give him speedy movement across the urbanscape...

Ends up I'm lagging behind everyone else (apologies - not pulled my weight in this scrap) - am I missing something re: mounts? (never really use them unless for overland travel).

Mounts can move separately from you, giving you a bit better action economy.

But if you just need it for short distances, the effort of climbing on and off will counter that.

If you have a good ride remember you can do a rapid dismount as a free action. That can help a bit.

Maxim steps to the middle of the road as Kikinnin and Ryan open the door revealing the umber hulk within. Brushing back his duster he reveals a pair of stag handled fire sticks loaded with steel core bullets. Each hand sharpened to a chisel point, specially made for hard cases such as this.

Chewing on his cigar, he squints into the gloom, "come on out hulk, make my day."

Yeah, lesson definitely learned. Thankfully I actually didn't lose anything super important - I can rebuild my HL profiles with time, I can re-download the games I had, and I can rebuild what bits of my music collection that I didn't already have backed up! I *do* keep my PFS chronicle sheets on Drive so I luckily didn't lose any of those.

Anyhoo...on to the good stuff!
