Hello there Mr Eltonj,

I've had some connectivity issues to the website and have been unable to upload the character for submission without timeouts, or errors or some kind of maintenance in the past 36 hours.

I understand I've missed the window to submit my character for selection and see you have 4 candidates already.

I'm on my way home from the office in approximately 4 hours, and was hoping to upload him from home (as I'm posting from my phone).

As a fan of the Horde and a WoW player, I had built a Troll Druid modeled after my character.

In short, asking for an extension of approximately 4-6 hours to get home as the website seems to be back up and functional.

Alright, you have your extension. A troll druid, nice.

I can't seem to get the dice roll to take to generate my stats in building the Druid template. I'm going to try it on a laptop when I get home tonight.

I've included just a quick background on the character at least to get a sense (pardon the cellphone typo's that may have occured).

Gertzak:

Gertzak
“Deh Loa Bethekk guides us mon” Was a phrase that Gertazk heard over and over as he developed his skill in Atal’Dazar with Wardruid Loti. He had a calling, he ‘felt’ a calling, as a Druid of the Claw. He had once heard tales of the Druid Ashmane, the formidable honourable wild god who’d fought in the war of the ancients.
In the battle of the ancients Ashmane was credited with sacrificing herself to save countless lives during the great sundering. She fought off legions to save the lives of the innocent and Gertzak had always admired and looked to that. He felt that was his calling, to fight for the Horde and maintain his honour and the honour of the Horde.
Bethekk was the Loa of the panthers and always praised honour and loyalty to the pack. In his tribe, he grew up under that mentorship. He was always close with his tribe, always close with his pack and although yet hadn’t quite mastered the way of the Claw, he felt it run deep in his blood.
The Zandalar had only recently returned to the fold of the Horde, and as the most recent allied race, they were to send an emissary group to the capital. Gertzak being a promising pupil was selected to go with the group. As a younger Druid, his mind is filled with both the way of the forest, and the honour he so desperately wants to uphold personally, and tribally. Although he’s nervous to face new challenge, he’s steeled himself with traditions past of Ashmane and Bethekk, Druids and Loa’s he idolizes.

I've got the base template for the Druid written down on paper here, a Spirit of the beast build for polymorph. It's built as a mix between Feral spec and Resto spec (if we're talking WoW terms ha ha)

Looks good except this isn't Azeroth. However, you can call the thing that made the trolls come to Lemurias as the War of the Ancients. When I designed Lemurias, I took a lot from WoW for the horde, because I wanted my Orcs to be different than what Paizo assumes for Golarion. Not that I looked at Golarion stuff for inspiration, I took most from Warcraft. I wanted the orcs to be more than just one dimensional.

So we can take stuff from your background and say "Trolls did this. . ." and keep it intact. Perhaps the War of the Ancients has nothing to do with Azeroth. But an ancient war that forced the trolls from their home planet. After all, there is the dragon gate network, and you could certainly use the Dragon Gate network to describe how the trolls escaped the War of the Ancients.

Testing . . . 1 ... 2... 3...

I can finally post here again, but until the forums get fixed I can't seem to post with any of my alts.

I can finally post here again as well. I think they are still fixing the forums.

Zul'Jin a ready.

Okay, adventurers in the Horde include:

* Zul'jin
* Gertzak
* Minnir
* Plainstrider

Yesssss!!!

Looks like this forum is back up. I'll get things finalized and up here asap.

Boards may be back for good, let's kick this pig.

Lemme get my WoW Monster Guide out and we can get started.

Hopefully they're back, I wasn't able to upload my Troll. It crashed on me during creation.

Those rolls look good.

Finally! Gertzak is up. I haven't formatted the text yet with spoilers and with bolds, just to have you look over it.

I put my animal companion in with all 6+1 tricks, let me know if that's acceptable or I have to train him in game.

What do you think?

It's been forever since this forum has been down

I think he's fine. Sign on in.

Recruitment Open

Looking for three players to play orcs, trolls, and tuaren. Go here and make your choice of race. Nearly all of the classes are welcome, it is 324 A.D. after all, before the gunslinger. No psychic classes are welcome (it's an expansion of my Phaeselis campaign after all).

What we need
We need three players to play back to back with Zul'Jin. Healer, Thief, and Wizard roles are open. But I wouldn't turn down a fifth player.

Come a play with a Zul'Jin
