First Flight:

'We know not her honor. Also, she may never had been taught honor. Only blind obedience. At least that is my belief. As for friend, I do not believe she wishes to have one yet.'

Having conversations with the voices in her head had become a common pass time. Usually, because they started talking first.

'And so what is your judgement on the events transpiring?

Sealith winged silently towards Vasu watching her and the areas around.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

First Flight:

You should kill that one- he is bad blood.

KILL? She just found a hunting partner!

He is... dishonorable. Grotesque. Unworthy of the life It gave him. Unworthy of the life we let him have.

The voices went silent after a final little upswing in the winds Sealith glided on-

Down below she could see Vasu and a deer- she was still a little far off, but was clearly in the middle of a hunt.

First Flight:

'I see.'

Was all she said in response as she shifted her wings as she glided towards her. She didn't dare flap. After all, it would ruin her hunt if she did.

"I don't have to, Barry." Suzume said, deliberately botching his name. "Cowardice is in complacency. The desire for courage is a good first step."
He looks over at Travis. "What's up wit him?"

Lady Lynyna and Aram:

Ha. Absolutely, Rosa. If you go to the North-West Quadrant there is a massive trade guild there, just a few miles past this Angel-Oak- they like to keep their operations close to the capital.

You'll meet one of mine there, Ethan. Simply tell him that Time only stops when told to do so and he will help you in getting everything else you need. He works at the Tavern just next to the guild house, a place called "Truth's Home"- it's only a few hours away from the prison that sits in the North-East, and three hours from that bar Warden Franklin cools off all night at.

The Guild, after they see you work a few deals on your own, will invite you in at Ethan's urging. No worries- if the market for furs is slow up there I'll be able to blow things your way as well.

T&G Part II:

Gogrin grinned and walked over to Handler Ulrich Here, my friend. Sorry for waking you- I was hoping to impress someone-

But this is more beneficial than I could ever imagine.

Ulrich took the bag of gold that Gogrin handed off to him, still shaking his head and muttering about "magic types" as he locked up for the night.

Gogrin put a hand on the shoulder opposite Telula's new hawk So- about feelings... He gave Telula a wide grin Anything to say to me for... helping you find your new friend here?

Sealith:

As she glided she watched as Vasu plunged her rapier right into the deer's breast, nearly killing it in a single blow.

Perhaps not dishonorable after all, eh? One of her hauntings quipped to the others.

For some reason they appeared more talkative than usual.

Vasu:

Vasu's rapier plunged deep into the deer's breast, stopping it in its tracks as it collapsed to the ground helpless, but still breathing with a wicked and dying yell that Vasu had heard so many times before on a hunt.

Finally- she could be herself again. Or, rather, at least a part of herself in regards to hobbies. A quick final plunge of the rapier finished off the deer's life without sacrificing the quality of its furs or meat. Let me know what sort of rewards you want for hunting, Vasu- that will determine the rest of your roll playing xD

Tavern:

He, uh- well... I'm kinda his son. Benny said shamefully as he eyed Suzume's sword You really think I'll work my way up to fighting like you?

It now dawned on Suzume that Benny was probably 18 years old, maybe just a tad bit younger or older. Travis, it appeared, either really enjoyed giving his son privacy, or heard about what happened in training and was ashamed.

Betting that free drinks for the person training his son was a good sign, Suzume leaned a little towards the latter of two options.

Vasu:

Vasu carefully extracted the rapier from the stag's breast, and ran it between two plucked feathers to clean the blood off of it. She stowed it in her backpack with a pleased nod. With her beak, she made two small punctures on the deer's neck to allow the blood to drain from its body, one of the most important steps in beginning the meat preparation process. The next step was to find one of the Order's giant vultures to carry the carcass back to the main hold.

Eyeing her work, she came to a disturbing realization that hit her like a sack of bricks. This wasn't home. There were no tamed vultures here. Despite the obviousness of the statement, is still seemed like a major revelation to Vasu. She had never hunted outside of her home territory.

Suddenly extraordinarily confused and pondering what to do, Vasu decided upon the only plausible option: she was going to have to be the vulture if none were available. Meat couldn't be wasted, meat was far too precious. With a heavy heave, Vasu slung the stag's front hooves over her shoulders and let its back hooves drag on the ground. Somehow, she had to get this thing back within 42's walls.

She began her march back, attempting to put aside the thought that her wings were currently useless to her. For once, she would hold up no better in this situation than an earth creature.

Meeting with Vasu:

Sealith would find a way to land where Vasu could see her.

Fly: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15

"Good Evening Vasu." She would say to her. "Your hunt went well I see?"

T&G Part II:

Gogrin wiped a tear away from her face and kissed her on the cheek Come, it is time for dinner, don't you think?

Gogrin held Telula's hand the entire way back to his one floor home, pulling out her chair for her with a smug grin across his face as he nervously and repeatedly stroke his beard.

Tonight the soup was the same as the last- but instead was served with delicious buns and large drum sticks. I think we deserve a fine meal- don't you, Telula? ha ha ha!

Archimedes and the Hawk flew in circles over head about one another as Gogrin continued his grin What do you think you will name your new pet, Telula?

Lady Lynyna and Ethan:

As Lady Lynyna made her way in disguise to the tavern Aram had mentioned, called "Truth's Home." It appeared the entire North-West Quadrant was a clean, nice place with fancy candles without a single mess of wax about them, most likely refreshed daily.

Various maps of Terra Nix scoured the walls along with portraits of past Mothers and Fathers of 42. Cleaning the bar was a younger, taller and spry man that gave a curious look to Lady Lynyna and quickly then looked to another tenant about some oddity of one of the maps with a hm and haw.

He slowly made his way to Lynyna with a smile So- what can I do for you miss? Makin' your way from one of the other parts of town? Plannin' on spendin' the night, or?

Tavern and Suzume:

Suzume let Benny walk away with a pondering face as he grinned at Travis and the two bid one another good night.

Suzume's room, Free of charge! Of course! was shown to him by one of Travis' shyer, quieter and pleasant human females. It was similar to the one he had just stayed in with an assorted furs of blankets and feather stuffed pillows with a comfortable mattress most likely well beyond the price of free.

The red haired and blue eyed girl smiled as she bowed out of the room and asked Anything else, Sir, ummm...

Vasu and Sealith:

Just as Vasu was down on her luck, "Sealith" landed gracefully in the snow before her without a single sight of a crash. It appeared that perhaps she'd be able to get help after all.

Vasu feel free to make a survival check for me- you too Sealith

Putting her hand to her cheek where he kissed her, Telula blushed. "Yes, yes I do." She answered.

When Gogrin pulled her chair out for her, the Majar smiled warmly at him before sitting.

Taking a bite of the food, Telula simply said, "Mmmmmm, this is very fine indeed."

Looking up at the birds, she thought for a long moment. There was a story she read once, more of a legend really, "There's a story I read once, about a Majar Sorcerer that dedicated his life to guiding a young prince to becoming a great king, but another student of betrayed him and trapped him away in a forgotten crystal cavern. It was always something of an inspiration for me. So, I think I'll call him Myrddin. What do you think?"

Vasu and Sealith:
Survival: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15

Vasu said nothing for a moment, simply slinging one of the stag's front hooves over Sealith's shoulder. It still left the back two legs dragging, but at least the weight was much more evenly distributed. As she continued her forward movement, she tipped her head back to the point where an audible crack met her ears. She sighed contentedly as her sore muscles twisted out of their uncomfortable position in her neck. Finally, she opened her beak.

"Common."

More silence. Vasu's eyes narrowed.

"Common be a disgrace of a language. How dare the earth creatures call it by such a name." An irritated churr rose up in her throat. "Earth creatures create common only to stand chance against us aerial masters. They must band together to take on cruel, harsh world. They. Be. Weak." She twisted her head a quarter turn in order to fully face Sealith. "Vasu be better than that. She does not lose her identity for the simple sake of talking to mere earthlings."

Seething in her racial hatred, Vasu once again went silent, allowing her footfalls through the grass and leaves to consume her entirely. Before she'd even walked a hundred feet, her clawed left foot banged against a rock. Hard. She let an infernal curse fly from her tongue, then began to speak frantically in Auran once more.

"See?! The rocks and muck of the earth hurt Vasu! Why slog around with these earth beasts when you could instead embrace the sky, away from 42? Why does you stay here?!"

T&G Part II:

Gogrin gave an approving smile as he rubbed his beard at the two birds taunting one another now across the table I think that if you ever plan on me being tucked away in a crystal prison, you just might find out how strong my magic really is.

Gogrin let a long and intimate stare loose on Telula as she fidgeted here or there before smiling again I, once again, must be off to bed- please let me know if you need anything else, Telula. It is rude of a host to not see that a guest is appreciated and taken care of! ha ha!

Gogrin passed Telula's chair slowly as he made his way to his bedroom with Archimedes returned to his shoulder.

Vasu and Sealith:

As Vasu and Sealith continued to trudge through the mounds of snow with a deer slung over Vasu's back, each of them seemed to notice that some of the snow was much lower than the other- changing directions only slightly off course to the tree line they could see an old, raggity, and out of use hunting house.

Deer skeletons and, what appeared to be, at least one wolf pelt were posted outside the small cottage with no candles lit outside. Despite the wear and tear on the ground, it appears no one had used it in quite some time.

Lady Lynyna:

The man smiled with a "caught in the act" and smug grin. He put out a hand for a shake Nice to meet you Rosa, and of course, welcome to Truth's Home then! The rooms here are extremely cheap thanks to the guilds bringing in so much gold- simply a silver piece for a night, and right now with the Guild Market being held on this very road tomorrow, we offer a deal of 5 silver pieces for one week of lodging. That is, of course, as long as you are planning on trading here then?

If he could have smiled at the girl, he would have. "Thank you very much. You see, what it does for me, is that it speeds up my mind and lets me think myself to sleep."

Vasu and Sealith:

Sealith gives Vasu a long look as she travels with her.

"If your people are Aerial masters, why haven't they taken over? Actually, the earthlings are smart and strong in doing so. Not weak. Weakness, is the inability to grow and learn. Not having the courage to make changes in oneself when it is needed. They made a language that allows them to communicate almost everywhere they go. They keep their identity even when speaking this common trade language. Identity is more than just a language. They don't lose identity just from learning a language that allows them to communicate with a majority of all creatures, including flying, that speak it. After all, you will learn many valuable things by understanding what they say. Ever think that those that are above you don't want you learning common so you won't learn the truth? Do you think that I have lost any identity by speaking the common tongue?"

She listens to her as she curses and spotting the cabin would motion to it. "Let us see what we can find in there. We might find something useful in dealing with this deer." She found a place to lay the deer down and would motion to Vasu to sit.

Once she did she would kneel and pick up her foot running her claws over it delicately and the bruising that was forming started to ease.

"There, that should ease the pain. You asked why I would slog around on the ground. Well, you see the scars on these wings of mine. Look at the base where they attach. Long time ago a man tried to chop them off as a trophy. My bones are so thick and hard that he had difficulty in doing so. He was chased off by other humans. One of those humans saved my life by healing me. During the weeks to come she was always by my side trying to heal my wings. She could not because the damage done was to strong for her magics." She looks up at her as she stands and holds out a hand to help her up.

"When I made the decision to leave my clan to hunt for the man that took my wings she stood beside me and helped me. She gave me food and shelter, and taught me about the plants that I use for healing salves and teas. She did not have to do these things but chose to do them. I traveled with her for many many years. I met many different peoples and learned quite a bit. It was thanks to her I was able to learn people very well. No matter what race of creature, there are always some good ones and bad ones. Some races do generally have societal leanings, but not everyone is the same."

Poking around the cabin as she continues to talk.

"I stay here because these people need help. A war is coming to them. I will not leave them defenseless. That is the wrong thing to do. I will honor the one who taught me so much and pay back the debt I owe her by helping these people. Plus, you are all part of my team and I won't leave you behind. Even you Vasu, though you don't seem like you want to be part of our team." She would look at her and says. "Everything you do is Your choice. Not anyone else's. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise."

T&G II:
Telula's eye went wide for a moment, "No, no, no, I didn't mean to imply to do anything like that to you. Maybe Matthias, if necessary, but not you."

The Majar wasn't sure how to feel about the look Gogrin was giving her. On the one hand, it frightened her slightly because of it might have intended. But on the other, there seemed to be a spark of.....excitement?

As the Dwarf passed her seat, she gently caught his arm and said, "You know, were interrupted earlier, and I hate to leave such business unfinished." With that, she moved into kiss him.

Tavern:

Suzume and the maid continued their wiles and games as far as Suzume desired them to go through the night and, before he knew it, he had fallen asleep and awoken to a head panging sound of birds in the air. He may have had just a tad too much to drink, but would most likely recover from it in the morning.

As he made his way down the stairs, Rita and the others were waiting for him with an extra warm cup of cocoa- Travis' treat once more.

A different barkeep was working the bar, however- the girl Suzume had just been with the night before.

Vasu and Sealith:

Inside the cabin are a series of tools that can be used for skinning animals, though most are rusted and wasted. A few beds, seemingly in tact though a little cold and dusty, are towards the back of the holed up cottage.

An unused fire place sat on either side of the bed with lightly snow covered timber inside of it. No specific possessions appeared to be inside aside from the tools, which clearly had not been used in quite some time. The cabin was old- even by Terra Nix's standards. A placed guess based on some of the warping in the wood and roof would be no less than five years since it was built, despite the cold preserving it well.

T&G Part II:

The Dwarf passionately kissed her back, accidentally pushing her into the table as she was still seated. He grinned and pulled her up from her seat with a chuckle I hope that means you were done eating.

Gogrin kissed on her until he moved her down the hall and in front of her bedroom door, with a final kiss to her neck and cheek I will be sure to have something warm brought for you in the morning, my dear.

He held on to her hips with a smile so bright it even came through his eyes.

Vasu and Lizard Thing:
Vasu muttered a quick infernal curse about the defense of her own people, but otherwise inspected the cabin quietly. Most of her attention, however, was directed toward the skinning supplies. After plucking some down from her chest and rubbing it vigorously on the rusty tools to no avail, she groaned.

"Vasu not going to poison deer meat with rust. Carry deer to 42, skin it there. Not be very far from the gates of 42, get there soon."

Without further ado, she threw open the cabin door and began toward the stag.

T&G II:
Telula's head was swimming in a haze of bliss. How did I get here? She thought as she realized she was in front of her door. Gazing upon his smile, another warm feeling began to arise, from a bit lower than her shoulders, way lower. It sobered and scared her slightly.
Gently taking Gogrin's hands from her hips, the Majar held them between hers, "I think....I look forward to that."

Myrddin, having taken up residence above Telula's door, let out a short squawk. Looking up then back to Gogrin, "Good night Gogrin, I'll see you in the morning." She gave him a final kiss before slipping into her room with with her new companion.

After closing the door, she leaned against the door and thought, What was that about? I've never felt like that before. It felt so......right. The Arcanist felt so confused, she didn't know what to think. Soon she laid down on the bed, and fell into a slightly troubled sleep.

T&G Part III:

Gogrin nodded as he gently scooped up Archimedes Come now, we'll let her get dressed. Telula, I will be waiting in the study for you, and my house servant, Maxwell, will get you anything you need once you are ready to come out.

Suzume and the Coward:

Rita whistled, and everyone followed her to her smithy aside from Benny, who grabbed the sheath and nodded to Suzume in recognition of his instruction.

Um... ok.. like... THIS? Benny was holding the sheath with the sword entry point facing upwards, and what would be the tip of the blade pointed at himself. His feet were crooked, not pointing forwards or back but rather out to the sides as if he was going to squat.

He was horribly hunched forward, and his arms were rigid as if they were two 2x4s of wood.

Sealith and Vasu:
Feel free to continue conversing as needed while I set the background <3
The winds howled as Sealith and Vasu continued their conversation, but their cloaks gifted to them kept them relatively warm. The air felt unusual, as if some sort of storm was coming on its way- a blizzard?

More than most likely. This feeling gave both of them a decent urgency as they slouched and dragged the deer all the way to the wall- by the time they arrived, it was extremely late, nearly early morning, and the city of 42 was silent, dark, only the rustled blowing of the snow filled winds against the broken East Wall could be heard.

It then finally occurred to Vasu that the cold could act as a type of storage for the deer, assuming no one else would steal it away- if she performed any more, she would most likely be fatigued until the end of tomorrow.

He probably didn't. He didn't dare give him the time to, letting Bennie's reactions take hold.
He stood up, and in one fluid motion, lobbed the snowball in a collision course towards Bennie's face.

She helps her get the deer to someplace to store it.

"I figured you would want some help and didn't want you to be alone. Have a good hunt again tomorrow Vasu. I'll see if you need help again tomorrow evening my friend."

Waving and picking up the cloak that had fallen off yet again. The clasp having broken she would head to her own inn to sleep. Making a mental note to get her skinning supplies if she hadn't by the time she woke up.

It didn't take long to find a sheltered sleeping area. Vasu quickly spotted a tree growing up between two buildings, sheltered from the majority of the wind. Reminding herself to keep her prey cold, she spent a minute to brush some of the freshly fallen snow over the deer's side just inside the city gates. With the knowledge that her kill was safe, she could finally go to sleep.

He gathered himself up again, ensuring he had two hands on the sheath and that it was pointed up, instead of at him. He gave Suzume a nod I'm...I'm going to hit one!

Sealith:

Sealith awoke the next morning to hear Roy McAllistar's voice outside to the pangs of hammers on nails and concrete and metal. By the sound of it there were three, maybe even four workers there.

Trish could be heard yelling NO you dolt! Ain't sposed to go there! Roy! GET him off my supplies 'fore he breaks errything!

As she made her way downstairs, Elyse was there with Chelya and Binsk with a smile Good morning Sealith! Roy and Trish woke up extremely early this morning to begin recruiting and work on the wall- I wasn't sure if you'd want to accompany them or me or anyone on any specific task.

I tried some of my healing, this morning- it seemed to revive the Angel-Oak tiny bit by tiny bit... The Mother gave a long sigh We are going to need a lot of healers.

Vasu:

Vasu awoke the next day about mid-day, to that of a saber cat gently sniffing at her recent kill from the night before.

It dawned on her that this saber cat was most likely, now, some version of "unemployed", and that she also needed to buy tools in order to properly manage her kill from last night.

T&G Part III:

Maxwell was a tell, gray stubbled man that wore nothing but green and gold clothing from head to toe. He was barefooted, and with a bow and a deep, drawn out voice looked at Telula with a But of course, Miss. Shall I have your room freshened up as well? Master Gogrin is often generous with his tips, but, ha ha, so few tasks he gives me!

Maxwell led Telula out and to the kitchen where he grabbed a tray of tea that still had steam slowly rising and whipping around to the tray's movements as they made their way to the study Master Gogrin told me you would be up right around this time. If you need any assistance with anything, please, I am always somewhere around her in the home.

With that, Maxwell bowed out of the study leaving Telula to Gogrin in the room.

Gogrin grinned Well then- shall we attempt to crack more code of this Llieldasine, Telula?

Elyse and Sealith:

"Well, I have a couple of things I would like to do. I would like to purchase some tools for Vasu and have them delivered to her. Secondly, we should look into getting messenger's to keep in contact with the others. Thirdly, let us find healers to assist you. The messenger's will allow me to make requests or see if the others need help."

T&G III:
"If it's not too much bother, sure go ahead." Telula replied at the offer of Maxwell freshening up her room.

On the way to the study, a thought came to her, "Actually, there are some things at the market I'd like to aquire." Pulling out a pouch of money, the Arcanist continued, "I, uh, kind of used some of Gogrin's supplies yesterday, and I'd like to replace it, along with getting some for myself." After Maxwell set the tray down, she handed him the pouch and described what she needed. "Thank you so much." Telula said as the servant left.

Turning to Gogrin, "Absolutely, the book I read yesterday was quite fascinating."

Lady Lynyna:

Lady, under her new cover, made her way to the North-Eastern Quadrant to "Logan's Flood."

She did not see the Warden who was having a storm earlier- but then again just as is her ways she was a few minutes early to scout the area anyways. It appears her cover of choice was much more enticing than Old Rosa, as a majority of the men there playing cards in the shadows hungrily eyed her from either side of the room.

The bar, itself, was indeed a hole in the wall as Aram described. Upon entry she swore she could have seen a rat scurry the floor, and any other women here were missing a few teeth or had untidy hair. The men were by no means any better- but at least they had muscles of sorts.

The odd thing about the bar was that, for some reason, all of these men seemed to have a lot of money.

Then, Lady heard it at one of the card tables Where the f!%$ is Franklin?

The recent winner of a hand that had a girl on either side of him (while the other had none) laughed as he swigged his ale Ah, why? You gonna loan some more cash from your boyfriend?

Shut up Chase- you're just jealous cause you'll always be stuck here in the slums of 42, unlike the rest of us. Franklin's gonna elevate us here. No more prisons for me!

The winner snorted Yeah, right- he outs me just cause I took the cash he gave me and bought a place in the South East? Screw him. Who needs him after that load of cash.

In walked Warden Franklin, a smug and high nosed look about him Yes- who needs friends? Right boys?

The winner nearly toppled backwards from his chair and, after a look, one of the door men beat him senseless and threw him out from the bar.

Meanwhile Franklin's eyes fell up and down on Lady in her innocent form, and Franklin changed gears My, my... You are clearly not from around here, are you sweetheart? What's the matter? Did one of my idiot friends not treat you to a drink???

I assumed based on your description of innocence you were attempting to convey you essentially look like a beautiful virgin?

Elyse and Sealith:

The Mother smiled as she called down one of the few hawks who still bothered to fly over 42, now that they no longer had a Handler or The Mother We do still have a few of you, don't we? Yes we do. The Mother pet the Hawk gently down the full length of its feathers with a grin All we have to do is right- the hawks will do the rest for us! In regards to healers, well, that would be High Priest of the Oak's division. He tends to the Angel-Oak now that I.... Eh hem, sorry, the Angel-Oak is his responsibility now. We can most likely find a shop for tools on the way, if that's alright with you? Chelya and Binsk have been dying for another walk, I think they like you.

T&G Part III:

Gogrin grinned You appear already accustomed to Maxwell- he is a good man. I'm glad I had him before all this mess- I have no idea what I'd have done during the transition if I hadn't, ha! Now then- I will continue our research on the Llieldasine- you?

Gogrin, much to Telula's surprise, made his way over as he spoke so that he could kiss her on the nose without a single mention of it before offering her a seat anywhere in the room.

What supplies are you looking for, Telula?

Benny grunted like a girl on his second and last hit, desperation turning quickly from anger to anxiety. Rita and the others could be heard giggling so hard that Rita accidentally hit her thumb with the hammer, emitting a loud Fuk'in hell! That HURT! SHUT up boy or I'll hit YOU on the thumb, yeah?

Benny began to laugh as well, and even harder when Rita returned to attempting to make the folded steel sword, but swung a tad to hard and split the metal in half- half of it falling to the ground, the other into the trough of water near the anvil. S%~+! Suzume!

Elyse and Sealith:

"Can you write to Suzume and tell him work is starting on the wall and if he wishes to strengthen his troops we could use the extra help."

She smiles at the hawk.

"Also, tools would be skinning tools for Vasu, She will need something to dress the kills she brings in. I figured since she didn't have any last night, then she may need some. I would like the walk also. Though I apologize now if I yawn."

T&G III:
"He certainly seems to be a good man. But as far what I'm researching, perhaps it would be best if I worked on getting a better understanding Mathias." Looking at the vast library, she asked, "Care to give me a hint where to start?"

Telula was taken aback by the sudden kiss. Her cheeks blushed as she tucked some hair behind her ear, and unable to suppress her smile.

I'm basically prepaying for any spells I add to my spellbook. I already accounted for the 90 GP for the Lightning Bolt, and I'm setting aside 200 for future additions. Does that make sense?

Sealith and Elyse:

Elyse took a moment to write a quick message to Suzume as she then continued with Sealith, Chelya and Binsk closely at her side as always.

The people on the way, however, appeared much more friendly. Word of the previous day had most likely started to make it's rounds, and it took almost an hour of walking for the sound of the wall being rebuilt over almost a tenth of 42 to finally be drowned out by the noise of the common.

Some people still gave Sealith ugly looks and glares, but a majority were, though reeking of avoidance, indifferent in their faces.

The Mother acted as if it was normal- she was beginning to strike Sealith as a type that simply didn't get out much, and was in her own world as she pet and lightly danced in the middle of the road with her saber cats now and again. She absolutely had to kiss every hawk that stopped by her, and hug every gorilla.

I know a merchant who isn't too bad with hunting- he's actually right.... Oh let me see. Elyse twirled about with her green hair waving from place to place until she saw a tiny little commerce cart with a cheap, wooden sign hanging above it that read Hunter's Choice.

Elyse immediately whispered to Chelya and Binsk Go get 'em!

Chelya and Binsk toppled an old and spry man who laughed his heart out as the two over grown house cats licked his face repeatedly Ha! Ha ha-oh, Chelya! Binsk! Alright! Alright alright alright! Ha ha! Upon seeing The Mother he bowed.

Elyse introduced him to Sealith This man is responsible for showing these two gorgeous cats how to go from brutes to efficient killers in a matter of days. He sells the best hunting equipment in the land! Don't you Kareem?

The old and weathered man gave another humble bow with his gray beard that nearly hit his chest Of course, Mother! So, then, oh my- a predator of humanoids if I've ever seen one- YOU must be Sealith, then, yes, the one who Slayer of the Terrak! What can I get you, then?

She uses THIS to buy tools for hunting? Use your claws!
The tools are a gift!
....for the owl? The dishonorable one. She said she wants no friends.
Have you ever known a Samuraian to give up?

The voices, as Sealith prepared her answer, slowly died down as one calmed the other two.

T&G Part III:

he he, it rhymes!

Gogrin closed his book with his mouth slightly open and a curved smile You... You were impressed by his magic, then? Ah, so was I, at one point. Until I eventually realized that- Gogrin paused for a moment as Archimedes flew around the room and eventually tapped its beak three times at a rather large, red bound book Ah! Thank you, Archimedes. Yes yes- "Spells of the Miscellaneous Magician: A Story of Bards". This illuminated quite a lot of tricks that were apparently up Matthias' sleeve all along.

Telula- every day you read this book, you learn another level of bard spells, or, rather, are aware of the possible spells a bard can spontaneously cast. You currently are aware of all cantrips and level 1 spells a bard can cast, should you read it today.

Understand that awareness only means you have heard about them, NOT that you have learned them. You *can* use this knowledge to try and find the spells the next day, of course.

Benny missed the first snowball before thwaking the other two into snow dust. He forgot about the fourth snowball, however, and took it right in the hip.

He didn't look defeated, this time, though- no, he was smiling.

It appeared it may be easier to get rid of Benny the Coward's cowardice than originally thought.

As Suzume prepared for more training, a hawk dropped a note right on top of his head before giving an abrasive caw and flying off and away.

Benny scratched his head What thee 'ell? I thought we didn't have control of the animals anymore?

T&G III:
So, I'm guessing that could translate to a small bonus on Spellcraft Checks to identify Bard Spells?

Telula went to pick up the book, and nearly dropped it as she was not ready for its weight. Myrddin took wing and perched at a higher point in the library, and soon preening his wings.

"My, this is a thick one isn't it?" The Arcanist commented.

Vasu:
Vasu looked in irritation at the feline currently sniffing at her kill and dropped from the tree to the ground. With a humph of annoyance, she bent down and gathered a few stones in her clutches before taking to the air with a beat of her wings. She flew out of the city gates. Once she was above the beast, she let the stones that she had gathered drop onto the helpless cat from above, and smirked as it flinched away from the projectiles.

After thoroughly provoking the saber cat into a hissing tizzy, she lazily drifted toward the tree again and gathered a bag full of snow to craft into balls and lob at the face of the wretched creature.

The encounter was becoming amusing, to say the least.

If the saber cat gives up and leaves, Vasu takes the deer to the nearest butcher she can find to be chopped up into neat slices. Sorry about the lack of creativity here; I've been a bit burned out after getting two character applications that I'd worked quite hard on rejected. Crossing my fingers that my third one'll get in.

She looks at him with a board, unimpressed look on her face, playing the young teen thing to a T.

"No, they where worse, they where old and boring, this city is sooo dull, nothing in it that fun."

Then she looks just a little sad,
"I don't know my mum bothered to come here, this place"
She waves a hand.
"Nothing but dull snow, dull gardens and dull animals sooo dull."

She has a resigned and slightly sad look, whole holding a half empty mug of weak wine, she looks back at him.

"You boring as dull as well?"

A slight smile of hope on her young rich red lips.
