Oroghood:

Will Save for Erotica: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18

Orog's Save for Oroghood: 1d20 ⇒ 15

The Warden instantly entered into Lilly with a ferocity and excitement he had not felt in years- it had been years since he had even been with a woman- and this one-

this one was of an entirely different caliber.

Orog's Save: 1d20 ⇒ 13

The Orog closed his eyes, but the Warden continued into and out of Lilly with excessive force, a hand gently around her throat as his lips made way around her face

Orog's Save: 1d20 ⇒ 12
Warden's Impatience: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
The Warden went to roll Lilly over, and caught site of the Orog with his eye's closed- as Lilly's moaning slowly stopped and she turned to look, the Orog opened an eye and the Warden grabbed up the sword I think the point has been made, and I can't wait for this filth to lose.

I suppose I lose the wager, Lilly.

A twisted grin crept over the Warden's face as he then sliced off the Orog's manhood before slowly and painfully ramming the blade through the pelvis until just the tip of it began to poke out of the Orog's massive chest and into his lower jaw.

The Warden then dragged the Orog over to the other side of the room, as a if it were a human kebab, and let it thud to the ground with the blade still inside it. I'll have a new blade made tomorrow- my current one needs polishing. He growled as he went back to Lilly, fierce until he had finally caved to her beauty.

As they both lay on the fur rug, the Warden gently grabbed hold of Lilly's mouth and turned her to him- she coyfully resisted and bit her teeth at him, making him laugh Wherever you live- I no longer care. Take the next day or so to make arrangements. You are leaving. Whatever family you have, you tell them you are the new-found woman of a powerful and wealthy man.

You will live here now- you will live with me, you will be mine.

The Warden in only minutes latter, became excited once more with the Orog's blood most likely still pouring onto the floor.

First Moves:

Gogrin gave Telula a deep, sweet kiss with his now sorrowful but adorable eyes Don't ever be sorry. We had a saying, my family. It is what led me to journey out in the tundra of Terra Nix, and it is what led my mother all her life, too.

In Dwarven Gogrin whispered One who lives fully...is prepared to die at any time.

Gogrin continued to cutely pull Telula along Come now, we must go to the study before we sleep- I will need your help further on plans for tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be quite the day, I think.

Gogrin opened the doors to the study and laughed, seeing Telula's clothes still on the ground Ha ha ha ha ha, all this politics... I forgot!

CAW HOOT RAWR:

The Mother bashfully bowed a head to Suzume Of, of course! I called attention to myself and yet didn't even know your names! Forgive me!

A few of the laborers and Rita laughed as the Mother then went about bowing her head and shaking hands with the people after getting the name of "Beckie" down to "just call me Ben."

It was an unusual sight to see, a Consort being so friendly with her people around the fire. She spent the night talking to them- no longer giving cheesy speeches but slowly, to the great and welling pride of Sealith, talking to them.

The people went to bed that night full because of Vasu, laughing because Suzume and the Mother's awkwardness, and proud from Sealith's encouragement.

It felt as if things in 42, in the moment as they all went to sleep in their now free rooms in their inns, that perhaps the daunting task of fixing an entire city that was before them may not be as difficult as originally thought.

Telula smiled at Gogrin's reaction to her clothes on the floor. But then, she couldn't help but ask, "אז, מה בדיוק קורה מחר הכוכבים המנחים שלי?"

Dwarven:
"So, what is exactly is happening tomorrow my Guiding Star?"

First Moves:

I think it is time to reunite with my Consort- I believe she is still near the broken ends of the Wall.

Alexis' guards will escort us there- that should give a good presence and, if crime has indeed gone up, it will protect us as well.

Gogrin paced, hmmm'ing and haw'ing as he did so with the familiar stroke of his beard But... I feel like something is missing...

He looked over all of his books in the study with another laugh Ha... All these books, all this power of mine, all this control and gold- and here I am, clueless as to what my next move should be.

Gogrin returned to common once more Tell me what I should do, my love. Ha- I haven't even created a nickname for you yet.

First Moves:
The Majar walked about the study, picking up her clothes and contemplating. After all her garments were collected, she replied, "Well, perhaps we could do some more research on the Angel-Oak. After all, if we're to introduce a Llieldasine seedling, it might be best to have a better understanding of its magics."

First Moves:

Knowledge(Arcana): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

Gogrin cursed in Dwarven before continuing The Angel-Oak!

Gogrin grabs Telula's hand and carries her with him outside his door still cursing- Telula gave a little but playful shove to stop Gogrin from draggin her the whole way, he panted before apologizing as he pointed to the Angel-Oak I-ach-sorry my love. Sorry- the Angel-Oak, in all its recorded history, its never been without someone attached to it. I may have gotten a little excited, and I've been an idiot- Telula- we need to sense around the Angel-Oak and see how quickly its powers are going to diminish- how much time we will have before it stops working. I... I can't remember from my texts exactly what's going to happen, and, well, it might be a little too late to take the time and study from a text.

But now she would work on learning his plans, I honey trap was like that, they talked, the bragged they always did. She stroked him and said in a motherly voice.

"I will my powerful man, you are are great and powerful, My only wish is that all will come to know that in time. To fear you and bow to you."

after she went and washed, dressed and left, as of to tell her family she had a new home. Going back to the in she packed and asked her barman contact to help. Once in the room she wrote a note to her fictitious mother, saying she was running away to a better life. while whispering in his ear. Then she left to head back to her new life with the warden.

Roar Hoot Caw:

Looking at everyone gathered she spoke up after a long while of them talking. "Vasu speaks Auran. To better be able to thank her properly I believe it would be a kindness to learn that language. She is hesitant to learn common. So I believe learning a little Auran will go a long way in showing her she is part of our team. Suzume, if you wish I can teach you Auran."

Once she had her answer she would wait for Vasu. Deciding to walk her to where she slept for the evening.

Auran

"You were quit most the night. Was it overwhelming?"

Caw Hoot Roar:
Vasu dipped her head. "Vasu... does not know. It hard for Vasu to understand the strange ways of earth creatures. Earth creatures act far different than other creatures Vasu has known." Vasu beckoned for Sealith to follow her with a tentative foretalon. With a quick glance back to make sure that Sealith was behind her, Vasu spread her wings and glided into the night.

Time passed. Vasu stayed silent, her eyes glowing with the reflections of waning street lights below. She wracked her eyes across city blocks, towers, houses, stables, the livelihoods of thousands of people all passing under her as she soared through the night sky. The wind beat against her feathers, cold, but not too cold; as the Mother's gift of endurance kept her heart and gizzard warm. Every so often, she glanced back at Sealith to make sure that she was fairing as well as herself.

In the moonlight, Sealith's scales gleamed, casting a ghostly aura around her figure.

It was almost angelic.

Vasu closed her eyes and let the wind guide her wings as she came within sight of 42's great oak tree. The gusts and gales held her in their coursing embraces, leading her down and down toward the heart of the city. It was only when a soft leaf grazed her talons that she opened her amber eyes again, assuring a safe landing among the branches of the Angel-Oak.

She turned just in time to see Sealith alight on a limb next to hers.

Ancient and powerful magic:
Taking Gogrin by the hand, she pulled him back inside and closed the door. "Alright my Guiding Star, we'll go to the Oak, but first I'd better change back into my other clothes."

Reaching up to the shoulder of the dress, the Majar looked at the Dwarf, and with a slightly mischievous smile asked, "Are you going to turn around, or shall I tease you?"

Ancient and Powerful Magic:

Gogrin looked Telula up and down as he went closer to her, tugging at the dress [b]Not a wise thing to do, to tease a king, Dwarven My Queen.[/ooc]

Gogrin kissed Telula on the neck, before pulling out a chair from his dining table and sitting down on it with a grin [b]Undress, your King commands it.[/ooc]

Gogrin laughed as he gave Telula a more playful tone than she'd heard from him before- it was clear that around her, Gogrin was less tense.

Perhaps this was the adventuring sorcerer she would have met, had they met before he became King of 42.

A&PM:
Still smirking, Telula curtsied, "Yes my King." She said in an equally playful tone.

Gods, this man is exactly who I needed in my life. The Majar thought.

Slowly, Telula began slipping off the dress, all the while not taking her eyes off Gogrin. Once the dress was completely off, she stood there, displaying her nude self for a moment. "Is my King pleased?"

Sylvan "What do you think, Vasu-San? You could get used to days like this, eh?"
He then looked over to Sealith. "I woulld be honored to learn from you. New languages will certainly help us wherever we go, especially in our line of work.
He watched Vasu fly away. Though he never thought much of it, he was reminded of old tales among the Tengu people, those who accomplish great feats being able to transform into the form of a giant crow and fly. He'd never seen one of those Tengu, but it was still an entertaining idea.

APM:

Gogrin writhed in his seat, clearly excited What if... first thing, FIRST thing tomorrow.... we check the Angel-Oak then? I may have been a little... hasty... in saying we have to go tonight! Gogrin gave a nervous chuckle as he looked continuously up and down the Majar, very obviously resisting the urge to rise from his chair.

Sitting by the Fire:

Suzume, after a series of bouts of wine and drinking games with Rita, Marco, and Benny/Bettie, headed in to the inn and didn't even bother to ask the inn keep on shift if a room had been reserved for him in his drunkenness.

After one, two, three knocks on the first three doors to his right, he knocked on the fourth one and no one responded. Realizing he did not have a key, he began to slide down the door in exhaustion from the training and ride over to the other side of the city, before the inn keep quickly caught him and opened the door.

To his delight the room already had a fire going We were, indeed, expecting you per The Mother and Sealith, Master Suzume. Please enjoy the room. They said in a hushed tone.

Suzume then slid into bed, falling asleep before he had even actually done so.

The next morning Suzume woke up to a knock on his door- it was not a voice that he was familiar too M-master Suzume?

It sounded like a girl, but there seemed to be a few other voices and foot steps out in the hall as well.

APM:

Gogrin tried to answer defiantly as the Majar kissed him, his beard tickling her as he did so before she put a finger to his lips and kissed again.

They stayed on the chair for a majority of the night before Gogrin led her to the bedroom, satisfied as ever, with a grin. He whispered in her ear as he playfully tossed her into the bed, following her quickly Dwarven I never thought I'd say it, but- Thank God for the Empire. Ha ha[/ooc]

Roar, Hoot:

Waving a slight goodbye to the others and a simple salute to Suzume, Sealith would follow Vasu.

Auran
"Earth creatures are varied in how they do things. Even in the same race. Cultures and areas change the more you travel. I have experienced it in my travels. It can be a bit overwhelming but also very fun."

When Vasu first looked back she saw Sealith walking to a wall and quickly climbing it. Once on top she would flap her massive wings with loud womphs of sound. Taking off into the night sky she didn't look the most graceful, but the power behind each down beat was apparent.

Once she got high enough she would shift to gliding and that is when her grace became apparent. Complete silence as she glided along and much of the ground she had lost was gained back as she flew over the city with Vasu. Vasu when she did look, would see the massive amounts of control her wings possessed, able to fold and control the speed and direction while gliding with very little effort.

Sealith circled the tree looking for a branch that could take her weight. While Vasu was nice and light, she was anything but. Finally noting one in the lower reaches she angled her way in her wings tucking close as she shot the needle and her claws dug into the bark. There was no back-winging for her to do, since that would land her wings into the tree uncomfortably. The limb bowed before rising back up after she landed. Her claws leaving marks.

Seeing Vasu above she would start to climb. Her powerful arms pulling her up without need of using her legs. Vasu, would see her wings also used as the claws that hooked on her shoulder reached up pulling her up the tree until she was near her. Settling herself on the limb she let her talons wrap around the branch as she settled herself.

"It has been a while since I flew with anyone else. Thank you Vasu."

Sealith looked at her, her silver grey eyes dark in the shadows of the tree.

Still Tired / Master Suzume:

As Suzume opened the door, to his terror, he saw Rita, Marco, Julian, and Benny along with about ten others lined awkwardly down the hall of the inn.

The Innkeeper working the current shift hurriedly ran up the stairs to see the commotion, his handle-bar mustache shook as he spoke irritated This is an INN, not a brothel! Anyone wanting to spend a day with Master Suzume can do it somewhere else!

A couple of people in the crowd told him to piss off, while a few others gave him a few silver pieces for the trouble, sending the man, someone muttered was "Stupid Alex", back down the stairs as he shook his head in bewilderment at the activity.

Rita was smiling as Suzume opened the door 'Ello Master Suzume, I tried to tell them that you wake us up and not the other way around, but after me and the guys show'd 'em what youv been teachin' us, they couldn' WAIT to come see and learn from the Master Suzume.

The people murmured in excitement with quiet whispers awaiting Master Suzume's response.

Gogrin, Telula, and their Royal Escorts:

The sun peeked over and through the window waking Telula up to her head on Gogrin's chest with his arm around her. She kissed him on the cheek, and he laughed I've been waiting for almost an hour for you to wake up and do that.

Gogrin kissed her back before giving her a pat on the butt and throwing away the covers Come on- I think the Royal Escorts were let in to wait by Maxwell just a few minutes ago. We, unfortunately, won't be able to spend all day in the study again. Gogrin growled as he gave Telula a beard-tickling kiss before getting up and going over to his wardrobe.

Putting on a nice silk red robes and a few golden rings as adornments, he sighed I'll have to have Maxwell straighten my beard a bit. I can't be that crazy gold slinging dwarf anymore I suppose, ha ha ha!

Outfit wise, you can assume Gogrin had Maxwell make a run in the morning to get whatever few outfits you'd most desire + 1 piece of modest jewelry to wear

Master Suzume:

Suzume was immediately confused. Wait a second... He thought, still trying to work out one thing. In Tengu villages, most inns are brothels. He shugged it off. At least now he knew why so many innkeepers were angry with him.
"Master Suzume, eh?" He repeated. "Where I come from, that tone of flattery is used almost exclusively by children to break the news gently that they broke an ancestor's urn." He rubbed his temples. "Are you hung over, Rita-San? I'm hung over. But since they''re so eager, I'll give them a good learning." He stepped out and wave. "Please, no cheering, and keep your speaking voices down to a reasonable level. That means you, Rita."

G,T&RE:
Telula watched as Gogrin has gotten dressed. When he started to put the rings on, that's when she sat up on the edge of the bed and said, "May I see those rings?" There seemed to be a rather strange gleam in her eye, one that she had developed after years of crafting such pieces.

So would a Courtiers Outfit with a Moonstone Silver Pendant in the shape of a star fit that description?

Master Suzume:

As Master Suzume made his way outside he saw that there was a rather large circle of people awaiting him- Rita and the Hammers quickly silenced them as they started to try and cheer for the Crow Master OI! Rita put a hand over her mouth quickly before giggling Sorry Master Suzume- Oi! Shush up then, will ya'? She said in her much less ragged tone.

Suzume had no idea how they had organized such a demonstration at this time of day, but apparently he was going to have to go through with it- maybe he'd at least earn some tips and new students.

Shuddering at that last thought, Rita and the Hammers lined up in a perfect line against Master Suzume with a bow and nod, just as he taught them Ready, Master Suzume?

Master Suzume! They are now level 1 warriors- please take a circumstantial bonus of 4 to AC, Attack, and Damage rolls for the pleasure of the crowd!

GTRE:

that outfit is more than fine!!!

Telula recognized the first ring- most likely a higher end artist was the one who crafted it; A golden ring with a strong, blood red ruby, square cut, set inside it. This one was clearly to show Gogrin's inheritance; not bad for a Dwarf who was just a travelling sorcerer until about ten years ago.

The second one, however, was much more mysterious. Gogrin put it on his right hand instead of his left, and it was on his thumb. A strong, silver band with a matching square cut of obsidian on it- white lines that went into a checkered square made the center of the obsidian gem.

Telula had never seen such a thing before.

Gogrin let her turn and twist his hands with a smile That's right, my love was a crafter- I suppose still is.

Maybe one day... when this mess calms down- I'll buy you a shop, and you could compete with the Guilds of the North West Quadrant, hm? Yes, that's your name Gogrin growled excitedly in Dwarven My little Ring. Never ending, but powerful just the same. Hm? Gogrin gave her a little kiss on the nose as she continued to look at the rings in extreme interest.

Gogrin laughed Are you ready, my little Ring?

Lady Lynyna:

Ethan silently and quietly listened to the Lady's instructions before giving a nod I will ensure our friend finds you on your way home, er, Rosa's daughter.

An amateur of sorts, Ethan was clearly not used to being in control of such private information- Lady Lynyna could trust him, it wasn't that- more that he was a rookie, someone new.

Looks like her suspicions about Warden Franklin over-turning Aram's spies was true after all, at least for this inn.

As Lady Lynyna walked around town as Lilly, someone gently bumped into her before whispering quickly Wait a block or so from the Prison, time stops if you ask it to.

Similar to the words Aram spoke to her on the first day they talked and walked, Lilly impatiently waited near the Prison until Aram, in disguise of an old man with a cane, walked up to her-

one covert expert to the next- she didn't need to ask.

Ooooh my, what's a beautiful thing like you doing out here at such a time of night, miss? Aram weakly exhaled as he hobbled over to her.

Gogrin's kiss brought her out of her contemplation's. Smiling, she responded in his native language, "אני חושב שם שיעשה רק טוב הכוכב המנחה שלי."

Gogrin grinned I'm glad you like it. No dress, eh? Well I suppose we can't have you like that in public- Gogrin closed in on her, spinning her around gently, but firmly, into the dresser she put her clothes in last night I wouldn't make it five feet.

He pressed into her enough to satisfy his morning desire, but just before he lost himself to her Now, well, alright, alright! He laughed Damn royal escorts ruining the morning, let's see here- I know I had Maxwell buy a few things the first night you stayed, just in case.

After opening a series of the drawers Gogrin grinned Ah, perfect. I believe these might be just your taste.

Gogrin gently set out a folded set of a courtier's outfit dyed in a deep and dark but shimmering silver- the clothes were of a close design as Gogrin's robes, but much more revealing on the top end.

He then took out a pendant- a Moonstone Amulet in the shape of a star.

Gogrin slowly undressed Telula from behind her as he continued to hold firm against her before putting the pendant around her neck and turning her around.

He stared longingly into her eyes as he slid her her clothes Dwarven Simply..... beautiful.

The Sir Marik bowed I was trained directly by Alexis herself- she too will be joining us, but, well, she wanted me to show her what I've learned from here to the Angel-Oak to meet her- I believe she has plans to go to the wall as well, King Gogrin and, um... Lady Telula.

Gogrin smiled Better, Sir Marik. Much better. I hope your sword is much better than your memory. Gogrin grumbled in a side-ways way to Telula- Dwarven Or I'll turn him into a damned toad before you, my little Ring.

The sun hit them quite nicely as Gogrin guided Telula out by her hand, a gentle grip about it, as he then pulled her arm up into his side and intertwined their arms as he gave her a peck on the cheek. The four guards assumed the shape of a mock diamond around them with Sir Marik in front and the three silent guards on the left, right, and behind.

The people all stared and murmured in hushed tones as Gogrin made his way, waving to them as they passed. Sir Marik gave a nod to the two boys behind him Keep an eye out, men. We don't have any idea how they'll react.

The City Folk: 1d2 ⇒ 1

Shouts started to come in from the windows of the higher buildings as they got deeper into the center of 42 That's Gogrin! King Gogrin!

I heard he tried to take the Mother's head!

Oi he's a good man! He funded my business with his Vault!

Gold's been dry for a few days my King! Where has our King been?

He's with an Outsider! Traitor!

At this last sentence Sir Marik and the other three guards drew out their swords In the Name of the Angel Oak, its Communal, and King Gogrin the Father of 42, you will CEASE your treasonous statements or suffer the tip of the Royal Guards' blade!

Gogrin gave a look to Telula Perhaps.... I should show them the power of their King?

Master Suzume:

Marco fell clean on his back and the crowd gave a rough cheer before Rita shushed them with a finger once more. They stopped, some giggling slightly at the intensity of Rita's shush Alright then, my turn!

Rita lunged forward Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13 but her lunge fell a foot short. She pre-winced in the anticipation of Suzume's blade.

Sealith:

Sealith awoke, at least with her eyes still closed, to a few excited and angered sighs and gasps falling in with the familiar clinking of chain mail and longswords.

Is she??? Unbelievable! A disgrace!

That's it- I won't let outsiders ruin our city!

The sound of a sword being drawn rang through the morning air- an annoyance that led to Sealith finally opening her eyes at what appeared to be Royal Guards below.

Behind the four or five men was the familiar Tiefling, Alexis, giggling so hard Sealith could see her body shake as she covered her mouth with both hands- until the Royal Guard drew his sword, that is.

Alexis quickly slapped him upside the back of the head HEY- you trying to go toe to toe with my new friend? You know who she is, don't you? She's the Slayer of Terrak, yes? Yes. She protected the Mother, her first full day here, with no other reason than she was being attacked by her own old guard. You remember that, right? When the Sons of Terrak turned against the Mother for Matthias? She's ALSO the one who defended our Mother before the Communal, about one hour before her head was supposed to be lopped off. So sheath that sword and sit here for King Gogrin at attention, as I commanded, or you'll have a wooden sword instead of steel. SHEATH IT.

The Guard quickly sheathed his blade with an apology as the hot pink haired Tiefling walked past Oi! Slayer! You know, you really shouldn't be so accustomed to ruining people's customs as an outsider! The Tiefling was still giggling madly as she called up to Sealith with a wide smile Good morning, by the way! You look absolutely adorable on that branch!

"Careful Gogrin, such displays can be a double-edged blade. There's no telling how well it would be received. Try a speech first, it may appease them and quell the embers of dissent." Telula responded, though her face showed slight concern of their current situation. Are four men enough? She wondered.

Angel Oak in the Morning:

Sealith's steel grey eyes opened and looked through the branches and leaves down at Royal Guard. She did not move for a bit but when the sword was drawn her wings flared out at the challenge.

Then Alexis stepped in.

Sealith looked down at her as she spoke and then jumped out of the branches and landed in a clear area, her wings helping her glide down.

"Since the Sons of Terrak no longer protect the tree, Vasu and myself took it upon ourselves to keep watch over it as we sleep."

She turned to the one who had drawn his sword and said. "The next time you pull on a blade on a Samuraian, know you court death. My Kin would slay you for such a thing without compulsion." Sealith said this with a surety that spoke volumes.

Intimidate: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17

"I know adorable is a...compliment I believe. I do not understand how I do, considering most think my countenance fearsome. Do you happen to have a blade you don't mind loosing?"

Sealith:

The guard began to shiver shaken as he nodded and slowly backed farther away from Sealith and the Angel-Oak.

Alexis nodded Not a bad idea, that. Though even they didn't brave staying in the tree itself, ha ha! Ah, how are you adorable? Just seeing your dragon self on a tree branch, well- even most Tieflings don't see anything along those lines in life, he he! As for a blade, YOU! Yeah! Sword happy boy!

The shaken guard refused to move, so the others shoved him forward- Alexis didn't even bother to ask him for his sword, but removed it from his sheath instead I decided you're losing this anyways. Shut it- my forge will make you a new one so you can lose rights to it too.

Alexis grinned as she handed over the blade to Sealith You don't look like you need a sword- what you want this dull thing for?

GTRE:

Gogrin mumbled in Dwarven Well I wasn't going to kill them...Ha ha ha!

Gogrin raised both his hands in the street as he told his guards to sheath their swords I hear some of you are disappointed in your King, your new Father, eh? Who funded you for all these years past? Who saw the gold sweep through the streets at rates you'd never even seen before? Who is the most capable magician in this city???

I need you all to hear me- Hear me now! The boos stopped, if only for a moment The Angel-Oak is dying- or, at least, it's slowing down. We don't know how fast or how slow, we're on our way to check it now.

We've suffered two separate attacks from Matthias, and lived! Sealith, another "outsider" that you all hate so much, is helping rebuild the broken wall in the South East!

I have placed Aram in position, as of last night, to run the 42nd Vault in my place as I finish my studies on ways to help the Angel-Oak maintain our city, so that none of you go hungry!

Gogrin motioned for Sir Marik to give him his sword Go on, give it here boy- yes the damn sword! Gogrin took the blade for himself with a smile as Telula saw him crumple and expel a spell in his hand from a piece of paper- a crumpled up scroll as he held the blade up high, pointing in the direction of the Angel-Oak I do not know all that the future holds! I know that Matthias Oak the Traitor is out there, and I will need your help in the coming days to find him!

I know that the Angel-Oak might be fading, that that's why I'm out this morning to check and see! And I know a NEW Angel-Oak is here- Gogrin turned the tip of the blade to the mock-Angel Oak off in the far distance that stood on top of the Vault in Stone And I know that I am King, the Father of 42! And I will not rest, I will not stop, until I know each and every one of you will live safely in this great city!

Gogrin gave Telula a wink before turning back and drawing the blade in a deep gash across his hand, then showing it to the crowd Not even if I bleed!

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20

The crowd was silent for a moment, then another, until at least half of the people that were standing in the street looked at one another before cheering wildly for King Gogrin's demonstration. The other half seemed not to mind, and simply wave a hand as they went back inside their mud-made homes and huts.

Gogrin turned to Telula with a smile and a kiss Well, I suppose your way wasn't so bad after all my little Ring.

Telula smirked as she took hold of Gogrin's hand, "With the right words at the right time, you can sell pig s~*$ to a pig farmer." The Majar looked at the cut on the Dwarf's hand, not entirely sure if it was real or not.

Do I see any magic auras?

GTRE:

As Telula focused on the passed Aura while they continued walking she could sense that the paper Gogrin crushed in his hand was real- a delay pain scroll that he had on him.

She could see a vast array of scrolls Gogrin had tucked within his clothes and robes now, as well.

Gogrin kissed her once more on the cheek as she observed him Come now- I did tell you I spent quite some time out in the Tundra of Terra Nix, after all, my love. This scratch is nothing.

"Well it certainly did the trick, I'll give you that." She responded.

As they made their way to the Angel-Oak, Telula took the time to look about the city, something she hadn't really done since her arrival.

Angel Oak in the Mornin:

Sealith would study the weapon in her hands. Even as she did so, she could see the minor crack's and fissures that came with her holding a weapon, or anything for that matter.

"Samurian's take great pride in their weapons. We often use them over our natural ones. It is an honorable thing to carry a weapon. I on the other hand do not. Nor do you see me carry many things. It would be dishonorable for me to wield such things against those I fight."

Sealith looked at Alexis as she took the blade in her hands and turned it, point facing down. With a sudden motion she stabbed the stone with the blade using all of her force.

"I will not use a broken weapon to fight."

GTRE:

As Telula looked around the inner section of the city of 42 she saw a series of businesses- jewelry, black smithing, clothiers, tailors, and an assortment of other odds and end shops.

Almost every single building down the black soil path was a neatly designed and cutely put together mud home with overgrowth of food and vegetation on every single one of them- unlike when the group had first arrived, however, it was beginning to turn slightly yellow on some of the once lush green vines that wrapped around the homes.

The city's design was unusual- as if the major streets were that of the city, with businesses and large homes abound, but behind one or two rows of such buildings were large amounts of acreage and green fields flowing with more trees bearing fruit and overgrowth than the homes themselves were.

42 was an odd city indeed- but based on its current design, and population of almost one million, she was not sure what these people would do should they lose the Angel-Oak Tree.

As they continued to walk, Gogrin's arm around the small of her back as he pulled her in close, just as they finally approached the Angel-Oak to see Alexis, a few more guards, and Sealith, just as she smashed a sword into the stone and shattered it into a series of small and tiny pieces of steel across the stone courtyard that surrounded the Angel-Oak.

GTRE + Sealith + Alexis:

Just as Sealith smashed the broken longsword in her hands against the stone in the courtyard surrounding the Angel-Oak she saw Telula and Gogrin approaching with a few of their Royal Guard.

Alexis gave a loud clap at Sealith's display as she cocked her head curiously with a smile How did you do that??? Some sort of magic??? The item became all bent and broken as soon as you touched it!

The Royal Guard that was shaken before refused to even make eye contact with the fearsome display of her curse that Sealith had just put on.
Gooood. Worthless worm. He drew his sword to US?
Not to worry he won't be doing THAT again.

A small and tiny breeze blew through Sealith that she knew to be her ancestors in pride of her display.

The Girl and the Old Man:

As Lady looked over the four scrolls she saw each one to be of the spell she had heard of once or twice before- "Phantasmal Killer". At the top of each one Aram had written Just in case. Caster Level 20 on the cast, Lady

::Of course Lady- I will be with you as he has a few people scope Logan's Flood.::

Master Suzume:

The crowd winces at the hard and rita-reeling hit delivered to her. Benny and Julian both give one another a nod and move in to attack at the same time- the crowd cheered wildly, with Rita no longer necessarily "conscious" to tell them otherwise, as the two men both moved in on Suzume.

Energetic Morning at the Angel Oak:

Standing fully she would let go of the hilt and let it clatter to the ground and fall to pieces.

"I merely don't use broken weapons." She stated simply not getting into the details.

"Did you see me cast any magic?" She asked Alexis. Spotting Gogrin and Telula with the entourage her eyes studied them.

"Greetings Telula, Gogrin. I see you are out and about" She cocked her head. " I haven't heard of what you two have been doing."

They could feel her eyes sweeping over them, studying them.

Angel Oak:
A slight blush came to Telula's cheeks before answering, "Well, we've been researching the Llieldasine, and we figured out how to find them."

Angel Oak:

Alexis gave a wink at Sealith as she smiled It wasn't broken when I handed it to you!

She turned to greet Gogrin and Telula Gogrin! We got five rookies that will be accompanying you! I, er, assume you will be as well, Sealith?

Gogrin dispersed his guard as he moved forward with Telula to greet Sealith Sealith! I have not seen you since you left for the wall a few days ago- I hope everything is going well?

I have been studying furiously with Telula for a few days, amongst.... Eh hem. Other things. Gogrin winked at Telula as she blushed Why, I just met the other councilors last night. All except Warden Franklin, that is.

Have.... Have you been here waiting for us, Sealith???

Gogrin appeared confused, the possibility of Sealith sleeping in the Angel-Oak not even crossing his mind as he asked.

Early in the Morning:
Vasu woke as Sealith flew from her perch on the tree, her heavy tail hitting the branch below her with a loud fwump and jolting Vasu awake. While such an action typically would have sent Vasu into a panic, Vasu didn't mind the early morning wake-up call at all that day; in fact, she welcomed it.

Today was to be a very special day. It was a day that Vasu was to begin work with an informant of sorts.

Today, Vasu was to receive her raven.

The thought of having a civilized conversation with another avian set her spirits high. In preparation for the meeting ahead, Vasu spent her first waking hour meticulously preening each individual feather on her body, setting them straight and picking bits of dirt from between their oaken-hued tendrils. Without so much as eating a morning meal, Vasu pounded her wings against the air and picked her way across the city of 42 toward the fateful abandoned clock tower.

The great monolith came into view within half an hour, but it took Vasu another ten minutes to reach its outer wall. The location of the tower had initially been cleverly planned; the tower could be seen from miles away and was located in what appeared to be the remains of a busy market. The place had truly gone to the birds.

Without even a moment of hesitation, Vasu glided swiftly through the tower's open window, awaiting her reunion with the proprietor of the aviary.

Angel Oak:

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29

The blushing from Telula and the way Gogrin was looking at her were some of her clues. But also the new state of dress. 'It seems she has chosen her mate. Interesting. Seems a bit rushed but that seems normal for the young.'

"I see you two have mated." She states bluntly. Turning to Telula. "I hope your calm intellectual mind can keep him reigned in. He seems to rush to decisions and comes off as a bit foolish. Turning to Gogrin. "You hurt my companion and your magic won't be able to protect you."

Turning the guards around him and with Alexis.

"If anything happens to Telula, I will do to you what I did to the sword."

Turning back to Gogrin and Telula as she spread her wings slightly and resettled them.

"I was unaware you were coming here. I merely stayed to speak with Alexis and her trainees. But, since I am here. Work has started on the wall. It seems that it had been treated with Acid for over a year before it was blown up. It has damaged the roots of the tree. I am working to get more clerics to help repair the tree roots as the work on the wall continues. Suzume has already started training the guard and seems to be handling himself well. When I return to him this morning I will be teaching them discipline. Vasu's hunting has been supplying the workers with meat. It has improved moral. Elyse will be traveling with me soon and she wishes to go talk with the people and get to know them and improve their attitude for her. As for Warden Franklin, he decided to cause a scene and sway the crowd to his way of thinking. I merely spoke truths and revealed a bit of his true colors. Expect trouble out of him and I don't mean the grumpy kind."

Looking at each of them as she let the information sink in.

"So what have you two been up to?"

Angel Oak:

Gogrin grinned at Telula after Sealith had finished DwarvenWhat kind of "hurt" do you think she means? He whispered as he kissed her forehead.

Gogrin then started to approach the Angel-Oak tree as he gave thanks to Sealith You rallied quite a group to your cause! I will be excited to hear how the Mother's touring goes- you have done an excellent job watching her with Chelya and Binsk.

It is ashame to hear that about the Warden... I suppose I will have to see to that next, after Telula and I are done here. We are currently trying to see how much weaker the Angel-Oak is now than when we had the Mother stop fueling it, and, effectively, killing herself. Gogrin gave a frustrated sigh as he held his hands out towards the Angel-Oak, gently pressing around it I thought ruling would be a bit more fun then this- but, can't change it now. I will have to do what is necessary to keep this great city alive. Where once that was gold, now, it is.... Something else.

Gogrin held a hand out for Telula as he waved her over Dwarven Come here my dear- feel this- this is.... unusual.

Gogrin turned back to Sealith I told High Priest Regal to give you more than a measly three clerics to tend to the wall- if he knows better, they should already have been sent much earlier than now to your team in the South East. OH! By the way, I am hosting a large gathering of some of the wealthier nobles, along with the council, and you four newcomers, on top of the Vault of 42 tomorrow night. I do hope you'll be there, though I'll need to get word to Vasu and Suzume at some point.

Early in the Morning:

As Vasu soared splendidly into the abandoned tower of the North East she saw a multitude of open but ashy fields and burnt down houses. The flight was long, but not nearly as long as it was last night to soar from the Eastern wall to the Angel-Oak. Regardless of the time, with the reward waiting for her that she had bought nearly a week ago, Vasu was ready to receive the purchase she had made.

Regina was in the tower, asleep, startling awake at the sound of a "thump" and seeing the large Owl-Being Vasu before her once more. She raised a single finger with a smile and said in broken Sylvan Ah... Yes... I have.

After a moment of going down the ladder and coming back up she grinned as she handed the raven over to Vasu Well trained. We did not expect you so soon. Vasu. She smiled and nodded as she handed the raven over with a dumbfound grin.
