::"I will do in a little while, you need to get this back to farther now! They will be starting at this dinner, Gem and assassination attempt. I'm saying for that make father understand. I'm better off close to this for now"::
She let the warden grope her while she sat on the arm of his chair.
She had no feelings about this, her training kicking in, the farm girl excited at being this close to her dream.
When he talked of a meal and after his guest had gone, she jumped up exited.
"A meal!!, like a banquet kind of thing, My lord that sounds wonderful!!."
She went over to him and pulls him up out of his seat, and toward his bed,
"The way you controlled that man, they way he sat there in fear of you. When you are king of this city, I would like very much to over see this prison, I think it would be nice to play with those sent for punishment. Just think of the fun you could have, watching them suffer, seeing the fear in their eyes, just the thought of it...Ouuu.. I am such a bad girl.."
She smiled at him with an evil grin as the git back to the bed, she turned around and looked over her shoulder at him.
"How about you spank me for being such a bad bad girl for having such bad bad thoughts"
and a wicked smile.
Fade to black, ban shot to the window
Later after he was in bed naked with her, she pushed the hears on his chest.
"If you will let me, I would like to dress you and I for this meal,
you must let me oversee your robes of office, you must look your best and I as well. New boots and well made ones, then your clothing cleaned and until as new. Colors, yes, both of us in Silver and black, My grandfather always says, merchants, and nobles ware to much, I king knows to ware what is important. Yes, Silver and white with black fur. We will stand out around gordy gold dripping nobles."
she smiled at him
"This will mean a shopping trip, for me today, and one of your men to guard me from the riff-raff and carry things. Now if only I had some coin to get nice things for you."
She looked up and said no more.

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

When asked if there was anything she'd like to ask Aram, she thought for a minute. Then it came to her, "Pardon me for not knowing, but I'm curious Aram. What is it you did before Gogrin appointed you in charge of the vault?"

The Council GM |

1am / 8am
The Warden groaned with a smile You never stop until you get what you want, eh? Very well, Lilly- how much do you think you'll need? I can give you just enough for the clothes until the next round of taxes come in.
With that the Warden rolled over to sleep, both of them waking up the next morning to the sun peeking in through the windows around his top floor and the Warden giving a great yawn and stretch I hope you don't mind- I have a few things I must do on my own today before we go to "King" Gogrin's home- feel free to shop. Kerug will be downstairs to escort and guard you wherever you feel a need to go in the meantime.
With a kiss to the forehead, the Warden quickly threw on his black clothes and cloak and made his way down the stairs and outside.
Feel free to go "back in time" if I skipped something, Lady
Aram smiled Why, I was and am still just a simple philanthropist- I inherited a vast majority of the inns and taverns of 42 and run them as smoothly as possible, from the guild halls in the North West to the noble taverns of the South East! You, eh hem, I'm not sure you've stayed in one of my rooms yet, but trust me- they are to die for, the very best!

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

The Council GM |

Aram laughed No need, my dear- I assume Gogrin uses the same sort of bedding I do in my inns- only the best at my inns and taverns!
Gogrin smiled at Aram as he whispered to Telula DwarvenCome along- let me show you my Vault.
Gogrin waved Aram off with a fair good bye and guided Telula back to the main floor of the Vault, where behind the marble counter and through several narrow halls they arrived at a large, shining and steel clad door.
It had four amulet shaped indents in the handle that led to what Telula assumed, the opening of the Vault. Gogrin smiled You have to put the amulet in the correct order in order to open the first door, and-
Gogrin placed the amulet in the upper left slot, then the lower right, then the lower left, and ending on the upper right. With a loud "chang" Telula heard the door's heavy mechanical pins drop and whir as the vault door began to open to another door that seemed to have no handle, and spanned the large length of the vault's opening.
Gogrin flicked his wrist at the wall, Acid Burst and his spell slowly ate away at the new barrier- eating it from the center outward to all four corners of the thin sheet metal until all Telula could see for what seemed to be yards and yards were mounds and mounds of gold.
Gogrin wrapped his arms around her from behind as the Vault door closed behind them Nearly 32,000 GP rests in this vault to fund the guilds and several businesses along the main roads and the North East.
What do you think, my little Ring?

The Council GM |

Dwarven Maybe you shouldn't say... anything... Gogrin smiled as he slowly undressed and then held Telula up against him, lifting and spinning her around so she could wrap her legs around him as he kissed her instead of putting her on the hard marble floor.
Fade to black xD
As they finished, Gogrin laughed while returning to the balance sheet, the original reason they came to the Vault in the first place. Ah, I see he mumbled to himself Hm, an honorable man, Aram is. He didn't even fund his own businesses yet, but instantly increased funds to the North East Quadrant so they could start rebuilding. Very wise.
Gogrin tossed the balance sheet back onto a pile of gold as he took Telula's hand Are you all set, my dear? He was grinning as he looked into her eyes, turning her towards the gold once more so she could see its gleaming.

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

The Council GM |

8pm
Gogrin grinned I'm not sure.... we don't have very much money, now, do we? Gogrin patted her butt as he walked her out of the vault, arms entwined with one another as he then left the amulet to the clerk who waved them off and bid them a goodnight.
As they walked outside a bird began to fly around Telula, much to Archimedes and Myrddin's amusement as they cutely followed it around and around with their heads until it stopped on Telula's shoulder, containing a note-
Telula and Gogrin,
First, congrats! Sealith just told me earlier this afternoon about you two. I am so happy!
However, I wanted to write to inform you both that I want to bring the Council together and propose that they allow me to rejoin myself with its roots on the inside.
My life is empty without it- it is the only thing I've known for the past decade, and I believe I need it, despite the cost it has to my life.
Please let me know of any rituals, or spells, or anything else, you two may be able to find or know of in order to lessen the burden the Angel-Oak tolls on me.
Sincerely,
Elyse Oak
It can be assumed you guys are walking and have arrived within the area of a weapon shop as you read and walk, Telula

Lady Lynyna Br-oul |

After he has gone she gets up and looks around the space, she had asked for 200 gold, that would get them both fine outfits, She went throw his things to make a note of his size and also look for the hidden platform.
Perception Taking 20 if she dines it she spends some time looking at it and noting its pot lay.
Then she dressed and headed out shopping, Picking up her escort on the way, once out on the street she thought.
::"You there Nex? What did father say?"::

The Council GM |

Searching and looking around the room, careful to not move anything too out of place for her to touch, Lilly sees that the narrow hall leading to the stairwell going down is, as the rest of the room, made of stone; fitting for a place run by such a cold man with colder deeds.
In the main living room where she laid down the fur and the Warden slayed the Orog, were two white and rich texture sofas with golden clothed pillows and a fine oak coffee table in between them. There was the tiniest smudge of Orog blood on the bottom left of the main sofa that, most likely, the Warden saw as a treasure.
On the Eastern wall of the main room was a series of bookshelves and books well bound on the oak bookshelf, fancy and purple flower filled earns at the end of either side of the shelves. Torches surrounded the room, along with a main fire place, so that a nice glow could light it at night.
Down the next hall led simply into the bedroom, along with the Warden's armoire and series of different boots that he left out for the day- it appeared that he rode horses with certain pairs at one point or another.
Finally, in the narrow hall between the main living room and the bedroom, Lilly found it; a loose panel in the hall, not made of stone, but what appeared to be decorative wood, that opened up to a floor of multiple and apparently thick panes of glass.
Beneath her, Lady Lynyna could see the labyrinth, massive in its size. The panes only showed a portion of the maze, but Lady could easily assume the labyrinth was a majority of the floor space of the entire prison, and she could see the blood and gore filling its entirety despite being nearly 100 feet above it. It was lined with a series of walls, unidentifiable but well placed traps, creatures, carrion, and what appeared to be a well stocked bounty, currently guarded by what appeared to be a large white gorilla, at the center of it all.
::He says we need evidence of the Warden's atrocity, but he has deployed forces to help with the South East attack, and he will be at the dinner tonight::
Unfortunately the Warden appeared as elusive as the identity of Lilly- there was not a piece of paper detailing his plan, or order of poison, or anything of the sort, in sight.
A knock came to the end of the closed door that led to the stairwell going down to the base floor of the prison Excuse me? Is... anyone in there? Warden Franklin told me you wanted to go shopping? I will be waiting out here so I know you are decent.

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

After his answer, the Majar walked into the shop and began browsing the weapons. None of them were striking her in any particular way, until Myrddin took wing and landed on the hilt of a blade jutting out of some barrel. Her curiosity peaked, she moved over to it and picked it up. Unsheathing the blade, it revealed a beautifully crafted scimitar. While not knowing much about weapons, she knew fine work when she saw it, and examined it closely.
Appraise: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13 +1 for bargaining. (If applicable)

The Council GM |

Ooooh yes, my dear! And Gogrin! King Gogrin! Here at my humble shop? To think I was about to close and lock the door! You like the Scimitar, hm? Very nice, very bright sword! Quick, sharp, maneuverable- I can give it to you for 10gp!
As Telula bargained with the shopkeeper Gogrin politely waved to the man and whispered in Dwarven I'm... not sure. I believe the only opponent would be the Warden- but it will be a majority vote sort of thing. Even with the Mother absent from the vote call, it should be an easy win.

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

Sorry, should have specified, it's a masterwork Scimitar.
"Do you really know how much this is worth? I can't in good conscious let you sell this to me for such a low price." She reached into her money pouch, and got a confused look on her face. Quickly looking down inside, she noticed more money. How does this keep happening? With a shrug, she laid out 315 GP on the counter. "Since these are difficult times, I'll pay full price for this masterpiece of a weapon."

The Council GM |

masterwork weapon
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH, yeah, that's going to be a tad different ;)
The old shopkeeper adjusted his glasses to the stifled laugh from Gogrin that led to a nervous but stern glare from the old shop keeper.
He held the scimitar in his own hands, working it over Oh my, I apologize. It appears I will have to re-do my inventory lists. I definitely bought this at quite the steal then, since it was listed as regular. No no, I apologize so much, but I can not let this go for any less than 280 GP my dear.

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

The Council GM |

The Clerk gave a hesitant look at Gogrin before taking the full payment with a meek smile Thank you, Miss- I appreciate your business! He extended out his graying hand with a smile as he adjusted his glasses I'm Clark, pleased to be of service should you come to Clark's Armory again!
As Gogrin and Telula left, Gogrin could not help but let out a loud laughter Ha ha ha, did you see his face when you offered him full payment? Gogrin wrapped both his arms around Telula with a kiss to her forehead Why did you give him all the gold, when he offered you a deal? Did you WANT the poor man to suffer me? ha ha ha!

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

As Gogrin and her headed home, the Majar answered his question, "Like I said, times are difficult, so I figured the extra money could go to good use for him to live on. And also, merchants talk, and if they hear that their new 'Mother' is kind and helpful to her subjects, it may go a long way in accepting their Father's choice."

The Council GM |

Gogrin laughed as he opened the front door to their home, gently guiding her in before pouncing on her once more with the door slammed closed behind them Aaaaah, planning on being Mother, hmmm? Ha ha ha ha
Gogrin playfully tickled her with his red beard before putting a hand to his stomach Ah. I am famished- my little Ring, what should we have for dinner?

Sealith Dealesk |

Sealith's eyes scanned the population below as she looked for the quickest routes from place to place for those who couldn't fly. Also, any dangers they may face.
Her wings remaining silent when she glides.
Sent you my questions
Once she found Gogrins place she would swooped down the look on her face intimidating with a slight scowl. She waited patiently for Elyse as she saw Gogrin and Telula she stalked towards them. She was still some distance away so when the door slammed she didn't care.
Walking up to it she would wait untile Elyse had showed up and knocks on it hard.

The Council GM |

CHANCE HA CHA CHA: 1d10 ⇒ 9
As sealith scans the town she sees a woman fleeing two unarmored and young white gorillas-
Gorillas that, until Elyse had to give up control of the Angel-Oak, were under her control through its magic.
Will update door knock after encounter <3
As Suzume rode Beru side by side with Arvalis he noticed a man running at the sight of them into an alley created by the stone walls separating the homes of the first lines of the main road to Gogrin's house and the businesses and shops behind them- a commoner woman cries out from behind him Stop! He has my only allowance for the week! Stop him! Someone help, please!
Arvalis drew his longsword with a nod to Suzume You may continue on unfaltered, Master Suzume! Alexis trained us Royal Guards for such a case as this! Heel, Horse! Heel!
Arvalis clucked his tongue at the horse named "Horse" as he quickly hopped off of it, tossing the reins to a nodding and much obliged commoner interested in the chase.

Lady Lynyna Br-oul |

As she had looked around she had put everything back just as it was and changes nothing.
Now she calls out,
"I will be out in a moment"
She looks around the space, then go's to the door, dressed and with her hand bag.
She smiles at the Guard,
"O yes you will do nicely, follow me."
And with out another word sets off.

The Council GM |

Kerug, an extremely tall and fit, dark skinned guard, closely followed after Lilly with a hesitant voice Eh hem, excuse me Miss, er, Miss Lilly! Do you mind telling me where we are going? He called out as he followed her down the stairs and outside the Prison into the morning Sun.
A few market carts could be seen a little ways down the long, gated and guarded road from the Prison to the rest of the world inside 42.
The Guard stayed a comfortable five to ten feet behind her without breaking a sweat, like a true blue and loyal guard dog.
::Is he a threat?::

Lady Lynyna Br-oul |

::"No hes cover, the warden would have had her followed or chaperoned, had she not asking, me asking in-beds me deeper with him."::
"We dear Kerug are going to the best trailers in town, Your master needs clothing for tonight and I want to get him the very best. So show me where the best merchant shops are."

The Council GM |

9am - 10am
As Sealith dropped in the woman behind her ran, Sealith keeping her well out of the reach of the gorillas as they beat their chest at the dragon-kin before them.
Their bodies were pretty well marked up- it appeared as if they had been fighting other gorillas today as well.
go ahead and roll attacks Sealith!
Kerug gave a slight bow as he then stood side by side with Lilly But of course, Lilly! Miss Lilly! Right this way!
It was only a few moments walking along the streets that the guard pointed out a shop behind a few houses that had colorful garments hanging to dry their dye outside That is Miss Gisselle's store, "Tailor-Made", Miss Lilly. Would you like me to accompany you outside, or wait here?
Give me a perception check Lilly <3

Sealith Dealesk |

Sealith felt her blood sing as she squared off with these beasts. Now this wasn't a fight of honor but a fight and all Samuraian's love a challenging fight. Her ancestor's were shouting in her ears.
If any of these drops the first she will switch to the second
Sealith bit at the one who hit her and then clawed at them.
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Dmg: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Claw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23

Claw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Dmg: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

The Council GM |

There were few times that Sealith's annoying ancestors bothered her in the middle of a fight, but this time, despite the familiar blowing of wind over her shoulders, they all said one word in such a simultaneous fashion that, had she not been a Samuraian, it would have sent a chill down her back and through her wings Kill. Them.
The Warrior of the three added to it faintly as Sealith attacked Shatter their bones, Sealith
The Gorilla to Sealith's right fell after a deep bite to it's neck- flesh and its hide ripping into Sealith's mouth as she withdrew her massive jaws.
They were no less merciless against the gorilla to Sealith's immediate left, who began to bleed as he pounded his chest furiously in response.
Grapple: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
The Gorilla took hold of Sealith's arms with a wild howl as it showed its supposedly herbivore teeth and flexed its wide chest against Sealith- people on either side of the street fled the scene with yells immediately as the two entangled.

Sealith was wrapped up in the gorilla's arm. Now while this was a predicament that sucked she could still try to get at him with her natural attack.
Claw: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24

Confirm Bite crit?: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Dmg: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

The Council GM |

The Gorilla fell heavily with a loud, leathery "thud" after Sealith ripped its throat out so soon after doing so to the other one.
The people, peeking around the corner of the homes, appeared to still be in fear of Sealith, unsure of whether she was some sort of beast they had never seen before, or a humanoid of sorts.
He he he, they're scared.
Don't laugh! She did good- they're just innocent humanoids
NO! There is NO such thing as 'innocence' with them. Do not forget our wings!

The Council GM |

As Arvalis and Suzume caught up to the purse snatcher he turned with a sword in hand against the two men before whistling and several others coming out.
Initiative 1: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
Initiative 2: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18
Initiative 3: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
Initiative 4: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Initiative/Arvalis: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Go ahead and roll initiative and ready your attack Suzume!

Sealith Dealesk |

Sealith would stand and untangle herself from the beast. Her claws and teeth dripping with blood. Seeing everyone staring at her in horror she would kneel by a nearby puddle and washes her face and claws.
Looking for the woman that was running.
"Is she alright. The one running from these two? I am sorry to scare all of you. I just wanted to protect her from them. No citizen of this city that I can protect will fall before I do."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
Sealith would calmly hold her hands out palm up. "I am Sealith, an outsider. I am helping lead the charge for repairing the shield of your city. My other companions are also aiding. Now, I would like to ask of you to step up and do the same. The fields, have been burned and over grown. They need to be cleared to grow more crops. We need your help. Early tomorrow the work will start. Please, show up there with tools and ready to help any way you can."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

The Council GM |

A familiar Tiefling's voice called out from the dining room Uh, well, I'd say I'm game, BUT-
Alexis was mawing on a few pork chops Maxwell had made for her and the other royal escorts Forget about us, King Gogrin?
Gogrin facepalmed himself as he kissed Telula out of their sight before bringing her about Perhaps I did, maybe I was just testing your patience! Which it seems, you've failed.... since you've already gone and made dinner.... Ha ha! Well, my little Ring, would you care for pork chops instead, tonight? I can have Maxwell make that for tomorrow?
The people stood paused in time for a few moments before giving rounds and rounds of applause as they slowly advanced. Chelya, Binsk, and the Mother as a tiger as she transformed before Sealith Ah, well, it looks like you have this all covered, huh? Elyse knelt down beside the two dead gorillas with a sigh This has to stop- we have to get to Gogrin. Thank you for helping them, though, Sealith. Perhaps a little race will keep my mind off of things like this going on in my city....
At least until I can help stop them from happening again.
The Mother quickly turned back into the white tiger she was as Chelya and Binsk purred next to her before all three sat and paced until they could follow just a little bit behind Sealith from the ground.

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

The Arcanist then moved into the dining area and loaded up three chops for herself.

The Council GM |

Gogrin sat next to Telula instead of the head of the table, running a hand up her leg as he sat down while he spoke with Alexis How were the streets after this morning? Anything else of interest?
Alexis waved a hand as she flicked her tail back and forth Nothing we couldn't handle- there actually isn't much dissent, yet. Just a lot of talking in the North East and a tad bit in the South West, but, I believe we are taking care of that as we speak now.
You'll have close to a thousand Royal Guards within the next three months, and that's just me working alone. Depending on what Sealith and Suzume have been doing in the South-East, you might even end up with double that number, possibly triple if I eventually work together with Suzume.
What do we know about everything else? Anything on Matthias?
Dwarven/GogrinIf she would stop talking I could probably concentrate.... Gogrin said, moving his hand slightly higher up Telula's leg as he smiled speaking in Common outloud Telula has been studying Matthias, or, rather, Bards, as I continue to pour over the Angel Oak's histories to see if there are any clues to what we need to do next.
Of course, that bit will be discussed tomorrow night at dinner.

Time to abuse the fact that talking is a free action :)
Intimidate: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
"I suggest that you all consider very carefully your next course of action. I am Suzume Sunclaw, killer of one of the Sons Of Terrak, and Arvalis-San, Milker of the Yak. Are the contents of that purse worth my blade?"
If that doesn't work.
Initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

The Council GM |

Normally I'd just make them shaken, BUT, it was a nat 20 xD, you will still accumulate XP as if you had killed them
Fine fine fine HERE! Take it! The leader yelled as he threw the purse at Suzume before running off with the others Let's get the f%~! out of here!
Arvalis looked at Suzume as they began to walk and saddle back up on Beru and "Horse" ...Milker of the Yak? Seriously?
As Sealith knocked on Gogrin's door, the Mother changed back into her green haired and human form was only a minute or so behind her, along with Chelya and Binsk. Suzume and the Royal Escort from earlier could be seen only a minute or so down the road away from them as well. Finally, once they all had met up with one another, Gogrin opened the door to welcome them inside, obviously surprised at the amount of random guests outside his door.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Just as Telula was wondering how far up Gogrin planned on placing his hand, a knock came to the door, at which Gogrin rose up to answer the door across the room Ah! Oh my! Telula, it looks like we will be making your favorite dish after all! Maxwell! Enough food for 20 or so, please! Ah, and another is here! Suzume! I see you have taken to one of Alexis' Royal Guards, then?

Oh, didn't realize we entered already. Here we go.
Upon entering, Suzume greeted the house with, "Sorry we were so late. I had to run some errands, Arvalis-San milked my yak, and then we almost killed some folks on the street."
He immediately sought out Telula and Gogrin, then enveloped them in the hug, and kissed the sides of his beak against both of their cheeks before they could so much as react.
"Congratulations, Gogrin." He said, playfully shaking him by the shoulder. "Here is a gift from me to you." He said, handing him the bag.
Inside the bag was a jar of fresh yak's milk, complete with a few hairs, a vase with purple flowers, a set of baby's clothes, and a note that read;
Gogrin and Telula
Though I haven't known you two for too long, I cannot hold my joy for hearing that you two have mated. Here's for a long life together and a set of mutant Dwarf/Majar hybrids. And even though she will undoubtedly live centuries past your own dwarvish lifespan, I wish you all the happiness in the world for whatever time you have with each other.
Milk, which represents fertility.
Baby's clothes, that represent future.
And flowers, which represent hers.
With love,
Uncle Suzume
Suzume was nodding eagerly as Gogrin read it, eyes wide with anticipation.

Telula, The Lightning Bearer |

As Telula crossed her ankles to try an hold back the urge to just take Gogrin back to their room, there came a knock on the door.
Then Suzume gave his gift. She didn't know if she could be anymore embarrassed.
