A dull hum emanates from Skyreach as the ground trembles, trees sway, and glass shatters. A moment later, most of Skyreach’s northwest tower tears free from the keep; however, rather than crash to the ground, a visible aura holds the structure aloft and causes it to float above the Grand Lodge. Even the shower of stone blocks floats, swirling around the airborne tower in a nimbus of speeding debris.

Through some searching, several of you are able to find a number of promising charts. Using these, and records the Hhruul have of the stars in their homeland, Tyranius is able to place the time of their "imprisonment" at between 300 and 400 years ago, and a location somewhere in Arcadia, though it's hard to pinpoint a precise location.

The owl-men seem baffled by this, but grateful for your assistance.

"Whe are...in the easht? Hhow? Shtill, you have our thanksh. Whe were told you were all tyrants and barbarians, but you have shown great mercy in aiding us here. Our journey home will be challenging, but we shall endure, as the Hhruul have for so long."

If you let them, they'll leave the building and fly away, leaving a stash of supplies (which has no direct mechanical effect, but contributes to overall success. This act is winding down, so I'm going to move us right into a new encounter, though feel free to do anything else in Starhall if you wish. This is a "floating" encounter, which can happen in any district, so tell me where you'd like to have it reported.

While rushing back to Skyreach, the beauty of the Grand Lodge’s well-manicured grounds is shattered by the sounds of shouts and screams from panicked initiates, support staff, and visitors. Frightened innocents trip over hedges and stumble through fountains and pools in an effort to get to safety by the most direct means possible, especially when the landscaping otherwise leads them to certain peril. "Certain peril," in this case, manifests as a number of beetles rampaging through a garden.

"Pathfinders. Here. Take these supplies. Hopefully they will help you as well as they helped my group. We just finished clearing the mausoleum and..."

Realizing talking is not a free action (and everyone is focused on the battle at hand) she leaves the supplies for the party to use at their leisure, then leaves.

Howdy! I'm from another Siege of Serpents table, and I'm giving your guys the aid token we used already. Enjoy!

"Yâble! Good to see you again. I hoped we would meet again under less stressful circumstances, but-"

Evarice looks at the beetles scurrying about.

"Maybe after this we'll grab some ale and compare our experiences cleaning up this Aspis mess."

Thanks, Evarice! For everyone else, the Aid Token represents assistance from some of your fellow Pathfinders defending the tower. The spoiler up top details what you can cash the aid token in for. I'd encourage you to use it sooner rather than later, so that it gets passed on to another party, though you probably don't need it in this particular encounter. The spoiler at the top of the page details how you might use it, though it may fail to work in Red areas.

Yable advances to flank both Purple and Orange, who fail to catch him in their pincers. Penda's arrow hits Blue right between the antennae, causing the bug to stop moving.

    Yable AOO1: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
    Yable AOO2: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

Red advances and bites at Stormy.
    1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

    Orange bites at 1d2 ⇒ 1 Jayori
    1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

Now up: Stormy, Jayori, Kailun, Tyranius

When it will be use, Yâble will give it to an another table.

Tyranius reloads his crossbow and fires it at the purple beetle. The crossbow releases with a twang as the cable releases.

    Light Crossbow: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
    Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 5

Tyranius' aim was not much better. I have practices with this more. I could get someone killed.
