Rohan Drake |
Well he could have had his weapon drawn when we entered the building. That's what I did. But otherwise he will have to wait until his turn in round 1 to activate arcane strike.
Dorrak |
Before everyone busts through the door, Dorrak quietly says Try not to spread out too much. Looks like a big room. To Aria Keep distance and obstacles between you and them if you can, lass.
He nods to the others Hard and fast before they can sound an alert. And he gets ready to charge in behind Vulf, Rohan and Florin.

Two of the creatures rush forward, but nearly trip over each other in their haste to get to Vulf, making their attacks easily avoided.

Rohan Drake |
Rohan calls upon his arcane magics to power his weapon and charges towards one of the goblins that threw glass at his friends.

Zelaria Quiatris |
I just realized I must have had the ultra derp the passed few days if I've missed every opportunity to cast Mage Armor on myself. *sigh*
Zelaria retreats behind Dorrak for her move action, and then casts Mage Armor on herself to protect herself from getting hit by more goblins.
Hello, I will be your Int 14 sorceress who is operating at an Int 2 level...
Vulf Longfang |
Full round attack on the goblins surrounding Vulf
Vulf lashes out with his swords one blade swinging wildly at the tiny goblin but the back swing cuts down the goblins companion neatly coming up from the floor to cut it across the width of it's frail body.

Swift: Activate arcane strike.
Full: Charge a glass thrower.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 Rapier attack.
Florin rushes forward to engage one of the Goblins hurling glass. His strike is aimed too high and merely glances off the goblin’s side.
"Excellent work! Maintain the momentum, quick fellows press the attack. Do not give them a chance to regroup.”

"AAAAaaahhhh!!!" Comes the almost girlish scream of the goblin Rohan charges, who attempts to hit him with a pane of glass.
Attack:1d20 - 2 ⇒ (10) - 2 = 8
The foe with the tongs will continue his assualt, attempting to singe Dorrak.
Attack:1d20 - 2 ⇒ (1) - 2 = -1
DOH!
This time the goblin falls, and the tongs fall as well. Into his chest. The goblin screams for a while, then stops as smoke continues to well from under the corpse.
The remaining goblin sees that it's allies are dead and pales. "Oh Bondye, li nan moun yo ki te sispann atak la. Run!"
The goblin turns, throwing down it's dogslicer and charges away, heedless of the attacks it draws.
Dorrak |
Round 3(?)
Dorrak rushes the last standing goblin with the intention of crushing him.
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
But the face of his hammer finds only air as he swings and misses.
Slimey bastard! Get back here and pay for the trouble you've caused! He shouts in frustration.
Dorrak |
Feeling a deep sense of inadequacy, Dorrak looks around at the group.
I ... I can't help these people. Sadness overcomes him and tears fill his eyes. His shoulders slump, his hammer drops to the floor and his hands cover his face.
A voice enters his mind. Rid yourself of your impurities, Dorrak. Doubt, weakness, addiction. Fire. That is the answer.
Slowly he picks up his head, eyes wide, he begins walking toward the open furnace door. A growl turns into a roar as his pace quickens. Running toward the furnace he screams and jumps into the flames.
His voice becomes a short-lived pain-wracked yelp and fall silent as the flames take his body.
