Posting with my actual PFS character instead of a generic messageboard alias.

I'm still new to reach weapons and am trying to understand the mechanics. Given the current map, I'm not sure if I can move 5' to the east and attack the left snake with the wall there and Annalisa in between me and the snake. If the problem is the wall, can I move in behind Insidion and attack either snake?

![]() |

In terms of cover, reach weapons are treated like ranged weapons.
I would say either the wall, Annalisa or Insidion provide some cover to the snake, giving either +2 or +4 AC.
On the plus side, you can attack now.
Anyway, I'll let the DM decide on that.

DM! I rolled a Fort previously (and it wasn't so good). Did I succeed in that fort safe or may be you just forgot?
PS fairplay is fairplay :)

DM Kludde |

@Dekion: Ever been at the security check of an airport lately? Do you reckon staging a fight there would help you any in getting past quicker? ;-) Feel to role-play an any in any way you want, if you think a distraction works, go for it.

We're almost at the end of the first part, so can I already have your day job rolls and PFS#s, so I can have the chronicles ready once we're finished?

DM Kludde |

Chronicles are here. Please check if I entered everything correctly.
When you're all ready, we'll continue straight away with the second instalment...

![]() |

Swayaah needs to level up to 2, but the Chronicle looks great!

![]() |

Alright, I leveled Swayaah up to 2. Normally I'd use downtime during inbetween quests to power up, but part 2 technically follows part 1. I'll just say Swayaah was inspired (and her claws deal 1d6 damage now...somehow)
I also bought Masterwork Studded Leather Armor and a Wand of Cure Light Wounds, I hope that's OK.

![]() |

Thanks - doesn't Annalísa receive about 5 GP or so from her day job though? It doesn't really matter - it's a small amount anyway.
She will also buy a Masterwork Studded Leather Armor (175 gp).

![]() |

Ok, I'm ready here. Didn't buy new gear, just converted gold to gems to be in light load :)
PS I assume, my -Con is restored now.

DM Kludde |

We're getting quite close to the end of part II. I'll need your PFS#, day job rolls and factions. I'll be on holiday for dec 18 to dec 27, which is something of a boon because
Next game you'll have some mythic tiers to apply. I'll post details, and you'll have ten days to figure out what the tiers do.

Sadly, this puts her at 5 XP, not 6, so she'll be too low level to finish the trilogy. I don't have anyone else at level 3, either, so I'll think up an exit strategy for her.

DM Kludde |

My advice would still be to play the third part with a pregen character. There's a lot of choice these days, with the addition of the ACG pregens. I'm seeing people use them more and more, and they seem to be enjoying them too!

DM Kludde |

A level 4 pregen is fine (and it would be your only option, levelling down is not allowed)

![]() |

Pathfinder: #12713-1
Annalísa Ásmarsdottir
Day job - Perform(Acting): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Annalísa is also way too low for the next chapter (level 1), but I would rather not play a pregen character if you need&could find a replacement.

DM Kludde |

A whole slew of chronicles. You're getting not one, not two, but three chronicles for this adventure. Please have a look (the chronicles from previous adventure are also there) and see if everything came out nicely.
We still have an aftermath for this adventure, but you defeated the BBEG, so it's mostly theatrics from here. I'll report either today or tomorrow, and then I'll be on holiday.
The third instalment will start somewhere around Dec 28, when I'm back, but I realise that's the time of year many of you may be unavailable.
We'll be welcoming Kintampo, who I'll send the link to this thread.
Annalisa: the same option that chadius is using is also open to you. It would mean running the table at seven players, but seeing how the next scenario is a mythical adventure kind of thing, it shouldn't be a problem. Let me know.

![]() |

Wow, this last adventure must be tough if they have to give you those mythic powers to survive. Too bad we don't get to keep them.
Re: part 2 - I know you are going on vacation, but did we miss anything behind the secret door and the water elemental?

DM Kludde |

We can always explore that. I just wanted to give you guys the opportunity to adapt your characters to the mythic tier while I was out - it makes more sense than to return, finish up, then ask you to adjust in the course of a couple of days.

![]() |

Hi folks,
I will be joining you for the third installment of these series. Kintampo has done part one and two, but was too low level for part three at the time. Now he has just made lvl 3 (although I still need to adjust his profile for that).

![]() |

Howdy Kintampo!
Someday Swayaah will return to finish this trilogy. But Arcanist Pregen Enora will take over once we wrap up here.

DM Kludde |

There's still a boon roll up in the air, which I'll roll now before I forget it.
Boon Rolls:
DMK: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Annalisa: 1d20 ⇒ 18
Dekion: 1d20 ⇒ 3
Insidion: 1d20 ⇒ 18
Race: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Reinor: 1d20 ⇒ 19
Swayaah: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Boon of players choice on a natural roll of 1 or 20
**Re-Rolls not allowed on boons**
Swayaah gets a boon! Swayaah, please pm me your email address and tell me which boon you want of the following:
Adopted Weapon Training: You have spent an extended period of time training in a culture other than your own, and as a result, you have learned that population’s weapon styles to the exclusion of all others. You gain the weapon familiarity racial trait of one of the following races: dwarf, elf, gnome, halfling, or half-orc. This specialization comes at a price, and you suffer a –1 penalty on attack rolls made with manufactured weapons other than those granted by any weapon familiarity racial traits you possess. You ignore this penalty when using a weapon that benefits from any Weapon Focus feat or weapon training class feature you may have.
Ancestral Ally: Golarion’s many cultures have traditions of animal husbandry and cooperation that date back millennia, and you have embraced one of your people’s favored companion creatures. If you have the divine bond or mount class feature, instead of choosing an animal companion from the list provided in the class description, you may instead call a mount from the list below so long as you are a member of the corresponding race. If the animal companion statistics for your race’s mount are found in a source beyond the Core Assumption, the source is listed below. You must bring a copy of the listed book to all games in which you use the selected animal companion as though access to the animal companion came from the Additional Resources list.
If an asterisk follows an animal companion option listed below, the animal already appears on the list provided by your class description, and you are at least 4th-level, you may spend 5 Prestige Points to strengthen your bond with that type of animal. This increases your effective druid level as one higher when determining the animal companion’s bonus HD, natural armor bonus, Strength and Dexterity bonuses, bonus tricks, and special abilities. This boon cannot increase your effective druid level more than one level above your actual character level.
Dwarf: badger*, boar
Elf: bird*, elk (Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 3)
Gnome: badger*, giant weasel (Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 4)
Halfling: dog*, ram (Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 2)
Half-Elf: A half-elf may choose from the elf and human lists.
Half-Orc: camel*, bear; a half-orc may also choose from the human list.
Human: bird*, horse*
Custom Order: You have a special contract with an ammunition crafter, and you are able to order small batches of specialty ammunition as a result. Choose either a +1 or +2 ranged weapon enchantment. You may purchase +1 [enchantment] pieces of ammunition in sets of 10 instead of sets of 50. Once you choose the weapon enchantment, you may only change the enchantment type by spending 4 Prestige Points.

Enora. Level 4 Enora. |

Switching Swayaah with Enora. Swayaah will work on burying the bodies and giving them a proper rest before heading back to report on what she's seen so far. I'm sure another adventure will come up for her by then.
The Ruby Sage probably told Enora to meet up with the other Pathfinders to help them on their mission.
It looks like you can get 3 Mythic Tiers - did I read that right? First time doing Mythic stuff, so I may have gotten lost in the fun.
