Garrath looks around for other "scarecrows" in the fields, and turns to his friends, "It is time to go hunt survivors, or ghouls." He looks at the farmer with sorrow, "Brandark, how fast can Abacus race you to Sandpoint and back? To get the Father?" The large man sighs slightly fearing that it won't be in time, and feeling the dread at knowing what he would have to do if that is the case.

Garrath nods and starts to head to the barn.

Do you bring this fellow with you?
The road will fork soon after you head toward the barn. As you head up the road to the left you see the barn and a farmhouse. You will notice another scarecrow off the road directly to the right or north.
The barn is the larger of the two structures, an L-shaped building constructed around a unique feature—a 12-foot-high stone head, canted slightly to the left, depicting a helmed warrior, his face a stern model of determination. Moss has grown over much of the weathered figure, making his features hard to discern.

If he is stable stone, I suggest that we leave him here until we have checked the barn, and then we can move him there.
Brandark then rides in the direction of the barn, and then dismounts outside it.
GM, assume I don't have the shield on. I will advise when I do. Both sets of AC are up on my tag line.

Brandark walks up to the door, and with a firm grasp on his axe, decides that he wants to kick open the door.

Elektra does not know anything more about the head of the statue.
When Brandark opens the barn door, he sees a macabre tangle of bones and partially eaten carcasses from livestock to humans. To no surprise, he also sees a Ghoul.

Garrath charges the creature and swings his greatsword at it.

Round One recap
Garrath charges in to attack the first Ghoul he sees. But as he passes a stinkier Ghoul, hiding in the first stall to the left, swipes at the big Barbarian.
Garrath's Fort Save: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29
But Garrath is unaffected by the attack and continues on to slaughter a Ghoul.
Elektra prepares to cast a spell.
Kelvin comes in seeing the stinky Ghoul in the left stall and hits the undead creature.
Stone moves in and calls forth divine power to rid the undead. The Ghouls scream in pain from the effects but do not fall.
Brandark becomes sickened by the putrid smell emanating in this place.
The second particularly stinky Ghoul steps out from the stall and attacks Kelvin. One of the claws strikes the Elf.
Ghoul 2 Bite: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 101d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

A stall door opens to the right and a third Ghoul attacks Garrath, hitting with all of its attacks.

In addition to the damage taken, Garrath must make 2 DC 13 Saves from the bite and one each from the claws.
As a fourth Ghoul comes out a further stall to the left, it must negotiate another fallen Ghoul. Garrath will find an opportunity to strike this Ghoul before it can strike him.
If the Ghoul survives Garrath's AoO, then Garrath takes more damage and will have more bite Saving Throws:

In addition to the damage, Stone will need to make two DC 13 Saving Throws.
A sixth Ghoul comes up to bite Stone.

Keep reminding me, please. The next time may be a GM mistake. For instance, Brandark was not affected by the Ghast's Stench. I just read in another location other than the PFSRD, that you would get your poison bonus, so you saved.

Round Two recap
Garrath takes an opportunity to make dead an undead.
Then he resist the effects of a third Ghoul's attacks, then turning to make dead this undead.
Elektra cast Haste. She must know what is about to come?
Kelvin was struck by the more powerful Ghast. He becomes paralyzed.
Stone steps back and channels more divine energy. Ghoul after ghoul begins to drop, including the Ghast.
Brandark moves in and attacks one of the remaining Ghouls standing, taking the "un" out of the undead.
The final Ghoul in the barn claws over the fallen Ghouls to get to Brandark. Brandark sees an opportunity to strike it.
If Brandark's AoO misses hitting an AC 13, the Ghoul will strike, but miss.
A wave of more Ghouls come out of the fields and engages the horses.
