GM, rereading your posts and mine, I read Quiella as having 83 - 15 + 14 - 1 - 5 = 76/83 so far in this combat. I previously misread your last two posts stating her damage as cumulative, instead of two separate totals.

Quiella, your HP total looks right. The spores are invisible so you aren't sure of the spread. Since your hallucination specifically says 'no actions,' I have to concur that you can't use LoH. If someone could bottleneck the plants, then you would probably have time to recover and easily turn this thing around.

Quiella, Melufiuos, and Vailis all grab hold of themselves and do nothing for 6 seconds. Vailis needs to make another DC 18 Fort save or lose 1d2 ⇒ 1 more Con.

Valik keeps giving out advise, although only Zephyrus seems to be using it. He then moves up and pulls Quiella back 5 feet.

Zephyrus finally coughs all the lung spores out of his lungs, then steps back and tosses another plague bomb at the plants.

The sickened plants then flood into the room, apparently fleeing the plague gas. Zephyrus can get an AoO on either Red or Black.

The white and black enemy attack Zephyrus, while red goes after Valik. None of their slams hit their targets, however.

If my math is correct, this is the last round Zephyrus can use Spontaneous Healing.

Heccan continues to lie motionless in the other room, looking quite at peace while in a coma.

While Quiella, Melufiuos, and Vailis all continue to act erratically, Valik attacks the red basidrond with fist and foot, but both attacks miss.

Zephyrus hits the black plant monster with an opportunity attack, and then focuses on the red enemy. He only hits it once with his first attack.

I am taking into account the Dex loss earlier.

The White basidrond moves forward five feet to engage Zephyrus, along with the red enemy. Although the red plant comes close to hitting, the alchemist avoids both attacks.

The black enemy shifts its tendrils towards Quiella and attacks, but the paladin avoids the blow despite her hallucinations.

Valik continues to dish out the advice. He attacks the red plant twice, hoping to bring the hellish creature down. Visibly frustrated, Valik makes a tight fist and slams it hard into the creatures side, as he lets out audible *ugh*, as if the punch also quoted his overall frustrations of the ongoing fight.

As he continues to offer battlefield advice, Valik critically strikes the red plant with his first attack, while his second attack misses.

This is where I was last round; regardless of whether it was 10/5 or 9/4, shouldn't Quiella's Life-Link render me fully-healed now?

Zephyrus, yes, you'll be down to 0 damage now (while Quiella still takes 5 more to finish healing you). In the future, it would be helpful if you could track your healing in your posts [e.g., Used Healing Touch on myself to heal 5 damage, 10 damage left] to make it easier to follow so I'm less likely to make mistakes on my end. I have a lot of mental balls to juggle in more complicated higher level combat.

I'm pretty certain the difference in my damage total and your damage total is due to the Life Pact. That being said, Life Link only heals 5 HP per round and not less, so if you do only have 4 damage, then Quiella's link won't heal more unless you take more damage.

Zephyrus advances on the black basidirond, but both of his sword thrusts miss.

Fortitude save: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 Uh-oh! What kind of disease is this? I get +2 vs "contact" diseases.

Dr. Vitruvian's every breath is now audibly pained. He staggers back, pulls out a thick flask filled with something that bubbles furiously, and drinks it. He thrashes and convulses as his skin takes on a strange plant-like quality, and his eyes grow even paler and more alien than before. He looks a bit like a ceramic cactus or something...but at least his breathing sounds a little less labored than a moment ago.

Mutagen time! +4 Constitution, -2 Charisma, +2 natural armor for the next 80 minutes. It doesn't explicitly say that consuming a Mutagen provokes, but if you rule that it does, I will take a 5-foot step to below yellow ant prior to doing so. Otherwise, I will stay put.

Final round of Spontaneous Healing also used...UNLESS you'd rule that, since I took damage first, THEN lost hit points due to Constitution damage, that the damage doesn't go down proportionally, which would mean I'm presently at my adjusted maximum without needing to expend that final round yet.

@Valik: Given that I think we're going to need to rest after this fight, I'd suggest keeping up the Sensei advice.

Zephyrus, the disease is just inhaled. Since Mutagen is a supernatural ability, I'm going to say it does not provoke. I'm fine with saying you're fully healed.

Losing more constitutional vigor from the basidirond disease, Zephyrus quickly imbibes a prepared mutagen that strengthens his health while making him somewhat plant-like. Zephyrus needs to make another DC 17 Fort save or he loses 1d2 ⇒ 1 Con.
