I apologize to those who I have left in the posting dust! For some reason I was under the impression that there would be 6 PC's posting so I felt comfortable moving forward after 5 of you posted. There are clearly 7 PC's plus the cat. I will be sure to wait and give everyone an opportunity to post before moving forward!

I am Australian so I think that I am just waking up and starting my day as you are ending yours. I like to distract myself from work by reading the forums so can be "very active" in posting. I try to keep it under control and only post when there is something for me to react to. If I get overzealous pull me back in line.

Similar to Elena I'm more likely to post in the afternoons and evenings than in the early mornings. If I'm posting early, it probably means I worked the previous night and am catching up before going to bed.
Oh and don't forget Estra's phantom! This is quite the colorful group :)

Glad you found the Detect Evil spoiler! I assumed you were detecting through the door. Since the area of the spell is a 60ft cone, unless you say otherwise I will assume you are using it right in front of you. Let me know if you are continuing to use this ability!

I thought each combat round should last 24 hours or less to keep the game moving? (I think I remember hearing someone say 24 hours in one of my other games but I don't remember which one. Although, obviously with so many people and enemies it's a lot harder.)

Minor/Major mistake: I don't think I was very clear about this: the skulls are actually tiny sized. I apologize for not making this clear at the start of combat. It is difficult to have tokens coexist in the same square, but it is safe to assume that they will be in the same location as the person they are attacking. The two in the back are also on fire. My bad guys!
As far as I know, detect evil is a standard action. How would you like to amend your post? If you choose to attack a skull, I will also need attack/damage rolls.

Another thing to consider, actually, is that tiny creatures provoke when entering someone's square. So everyone should be getting attacks of opportunity as these things enter!

I haven't been granting AoO's since only 2 of them have gone so far! I don't think anyone has uncanny dodge and/or combat relfexes.
Lessons learned about combat: type up on notepad, then paste into a post. Seeing 3 posts after I typed up combat makes things difficult! XD

Since the Herald hasn't posted in a while, I will put the character on delay. If the end of the round arrives and there is still no post, I will bot the character. Sound good?

The statblock for these monsters in the PDF mentions they are susceptible to mind-affecting effects. Is that something the PC's can learn through a knowledge check? The standard beheaded monster does not have this ability, but I have no idea how a PC could know this based on the specific circumstances given for this ability to exist.

Yes, you're right about combat reflexes. Sorry. At work, and distracted.
I compose in advance in google docs all the time. Sometimes I have 5 or six posts in advance that I adjust as I go forward.
