Cade withdraws his kukris. Towards the party, "Did you hear that? He said 'Mr. Marrow, move to the guard the entrance there. Let no one pass'. Clearly we're going to have to deal with them."
Cade runs ahead through the narrow corridor in an attempt to beat out Mr. Marrow.

"We were sent here by the town to investigate the Ossuary. We need to check your place out and then we can move on, but we aren't leaving until we search this room." Thomas yells through the door.

Cade runs down the hallway, but finds the far end blocked by another zombie!
To his immediate right, a stone staircase curves up in a spiral, disappearing through the ceiling. Ahead, beyond the zombie, is a chamber with walls are marred by strange stains and scorch marks. Several tables are scattered about the room, covered in a bewildering plethora of glassware, alembics, retorts, tubes, simmering cauldrons, and smoking beakers full of brightly colored liquids. Scattered pages of written notes in a crabbed hand lie strewn about the chamber. Standing amid the clutter is a a hunchbacked, haggard-looking man in his 30s, with black hair starting to turn gray.
"So you continue to harass me!" The man growls, throwing down some papers in frustration. "So be it. There are plenty of places to bury you down here." His threat delivered, he steps off to the right, out of Cade's line of vision. A second later the sound of something large and made of glass breaking echoes through the halls.

I'd mentioned in the post I was following Cade when he charged off. I moved myself appropriately.
Kryspi runs up and tries to hammer on the zombie with her morningstar.

I don't think I can do anything until Kryspi gets the chance to move. I can't bullrush through an ally to get by and I think Thomas is better off behind her with a reach weapon. I guess I'll delay.

Kryspi attempts to destroy the zombie with healing magic, but fails to get a hand on it. The other Halffinders begin crowding the passage behind her, unable to get into the fight.
The zombie facing Kryspi, apparently the "Mr. Marrow" being ordered about by the man in the room beyond, raises its hands and slams them down on her head.
Slam vs Kryspi: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Crit Confirmation: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Meanwhile, the man in the room grabs a vial from among the pouches on his belt and drinks it. Liquid spills forth from a broken vat next to him, and a second zombie emerges, ready to receive orders.

With Kryspi's 5' step back, I can't charge/bull rush, so I'll just step in to tank. It looks like we're stuck grinding it out for a round in the hallway. Note that I moved Kryspi back 5' assuming that was her move.
Seeing the viciousness of the zombie's attack, Cade dashes in-between Kryspi and the zombie so that she can get to safety.
Kukri: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

Cade moves in and slashes a gaping wound in Mr. Marrow. The zombie doesn't even register the damage, and reaches out to crush Cade. The second zombie shambles forward and tries to reach around the corner get at the halfling warrior as well.

Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Skip's magic missile takes Mr. Marrow right in the head, blowing it apart and sending zombie gore splattering onto Cade.
"Curses!" The alchemist growls. "That was my finest creation! I'd replace him with one of you, but who wants a tiny zombie!? The necromancers would laugh me out of the guild!!"
@Thomas: the way is clear if you want to rush in, though you'd take an AoO from the second zombie.

Seeing an opening, Thomas rushes forward with Midnight Lord at his heels. He tries to avoid the zombie's retaliation as he slides past Cade and commands his wolf to fell the interloper.
"Take him down, Midnight Lord!" he yells, pointing at the undead.
The wolf growls before pouncing on the beast.

Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

Thomas is slammed against the wall as he rushes by the zombie, but his retaliation, aided by his wolf, quickly dispatches the undead creature.
"Argh! I hadn't even named that one yet!" The alchemist cries out in alarm when his last undead servant falls. "Uhh.. ow!" He cries again as Culsar's summoned eidolon tears at his arm. "Ok, that's it! Now I'm mad!!"
Stepping back, he grabs a vial from his belt and swiftly drinks it. After it goes down he chokes and staggers for a second, then his crazed eyes bug out even more and the muscles of his shoulders bulge with alchemical strength. Brandishing a spear, spittle flies from his mouth as he screams at rage at your small group.

"Time for the next one, Midnight Lord! Attack!" Thomas yells as his wolf bounds around the eidolon and leaps on the crazed alchemist.

Culsar's eidolon rakes it claws at the alchemist, but finds him difficult to injure. Thomas and his wolf have the same trouble. When Skip fires off his magical missile they notice it deflect off a magical shield of some kind protecting the man.

The hunchbacked man steps back next to Cade and thrusts his spear at the small warrior again, but slips on whatever alchemical liquid was contained in the tank he broke and the spear clatters off the wall.

The alchemist manages to avoid some attacks, but a few break through his alchemical defenses.
"Ow! Damnation, I'll.. OW! OWW!!" Limping from injuries sustained at the hands of Cade and Thomas, the alchemist jumps out from between the two and grabs for a vial at his side, raising it to hurl down at Cade.
