So I have questions about two spells but their is probably more cases where this comes into play.
Wooden Double and Unexpected Transposition are both reactions trigger when a creature is striking or has hit you. You then cast these spells as a reaction but wouldn't that cause reactive strike to trigger causing another attack to come your way making them very risking spells that have a potential to be disrupted?
Is this raw? I'm I missing something or is this how these spell were made?

Wooden Double has the Manipulate trait and so would trigger a Reactive Strike. The question for the caster is would it be better to mitigate the critical hit and see how the Reactive Strike plays out. If the caster believes the critical hit was due to a very high roll, it would probably still make sense to cast Wooden Double. However, if the attacker can frequently land hits and critical blows, you probably would not want to risk the reaction.
As for Unexpected Transposition, it has only a verbal component, so it would not trigger a Reactive Strike, which needs a manipulate or move action to trigger (or some other conditions that don't pertain)

All spells have a component trait that risks to trigger an reaction, even Shield spell could trigger an reaction if one enemy has a reaction that can be triggered by concentration and of course they could trigger vs spell reactions too.
So yes some spell reactions like Wooden Double, Unexpected Transposition, Eat Fire and many others may risks to trigger a reaction. Even reaction Impulses have such risk.
It's a natural disadvantage of casters, even their fastest and melee oriented spells could be countered by a creature that have a reaction that triggers with manipulate or concentration. Grim Reapers are specially dangerous with this type of reaction. But for other side most creatures and NPCs doesn't have any kind of AoO RS like reactions so in general you won't have such problems with these reactions. But you always that have in mind that you are not fully safe when you are playing with any characters, anyone can trigger a reaction due a concentrate, manipulate, move or ranged Strike, usually melee martials are in a more safest situation because they can try to use Steps to get closer, the problema is that most big creatures have also some kind of reach what can force even these martials to consider to risk to be hit by a reaction in order to not lose too much actions.
