Hello! Welcome to my table. Before we start, please do the following:
Please complete the macros linked at the top of the page. This will be used for initiative and secret rolls.
Please also post your token to the slides and post your position in the marching order. The slides are also linked at the top of the page.
As per the Organized Play Foundation Community Standards, each player must decide if they will allow their characters to be damaged by friendly fire (usually via splash damage). In keeping with the “Explore, Report, Cooperate” motto of the Pathfinder Society, engaging in non-consensual character-versus-character conflict is prohibited. While accidental friendly fire happens due to missed attack rolls or other factors, players must obtain the consent of other players before deliberately including fellow PCs in damaging effects. This rule does not apply in situations where a character is not acting of their own free will, such as if they’re being mind-controlled by an NPC and forced to attack a fellow Pathfinder.
This applies to Scenarios only
You may select a consumable item from the Pathfinder Provisions list. These used to be the school items you get prior to starting an adventure. Quests and bounties do not receive provisions.

I'll grab the last spot.

Thanks for running, GM!
I shouldn't have any friendly fire to declare. I do have +1 bonuses to attack rolls at all times due to Victor's Wreath (which is magical if anyone is superstitious like that).
I will take a free minor healing potion, which I put into my Horn of Plenty so I can drink it and heal myself and others for 1 action.
Also there does seem to be something wrong with my init in the macros.

Fixed.

Just waiting for:
Macros - Dendri
Slides - Dendri, Ari

If anyone has any GM Glyphs, please go ahead and share them.

I will need to update this character profile tomorrow morning. The character is level 2 in Herolab, I just need to copy everything over.
I will also fill out the macros tomorrow.
I do have a campaign service coin, which impacts hero points, I believe.

I have two glyphs to share for Ari and Landon.

Blackfeather Jack is scouting for exploration. It automatically adds +1 to everyone's initiative.

Sorry for not posting my introduction and settling my token, everyone. I'll get a post out within the next day.

The dice bot really doesn't like you either... :)
Yeah, we've mostly been rolling sub 10s. Not exactly the best showing from the Pathfinder Society's best and brightest.

Can different players get different information from the same NPC with the same skill that somebody else used successfully? If not, Landon has made all the checks he has a decent chance to pass already.

Nope. The Research System for PF2e is based on the number of successes you get. It's not like an open-ended RK where, say, against a party of gnolls, Nature and Society will give two different things (at least, they're supposed to!) :)

![]() |

Normally I would ask you to vote for 2 players who you think deserve a hero point. Since you all did so well with the research, I'll award those who have used up their hero points with one. (mainly because you're probably going to need it in the next section!).

Looks like the way I did the research section became more streamlined. Only the dice bot didn't really cooperate!

Pro: It took less time overall in PbP, so we didn't lose momentum.
Con: That was one rather long post, and it took a much longer time to complete it. Long posts with lots going on leave more room for people to miss/forget things.
It's a balance. I think that most of the time, the one long post is preferable in PbP, because loss of momentum can kill a game, while missed items can usually be handled with only reasonable delays.

Hey @GM Tiger, you okay to keep going? I think we've all done our rolls.

Including the status updates in your posts is very helpful. Bonus if it includes the additional information some of the targets shared with us.
I agree that splitting up this post at the spot where the plot exposition ends and the intro to the Chase subsystem begins would've made sense. Essentially, there are two vastly different things happening in that one big post, so it's like needing to start a new paragraph when you change the subject.
Hope this helps! This seems like a bear of a scenario to run in PbP, and it's clear that you spent some time setting up the skill checks in advance. Thumbs up!

no worries. I should have just said to add your Thievery mod.

Please bot me if needed. Slow recovery from an eye infection.
OMG. Hope you get better soon.
