Running an old PFS1 scenario in PFS2

We just ran through a 6+ hour adventure tonight called Honor's Echo using our Second Edition Pathfinder society characters. Looking at the Chronicle sheet I am pretty sure it is an OLD First edition society scenario, and that the brand new GM did not know. Do we still get credit with our second edition characters? Do the rewards/boons/money convert or transfer? What do we do to fix this, if anything?

Honor's Echo is PF1 content.

You play it with PF1 characters and get PF1 rewards.

There's no PF2 rewards to be had here.

PFS1e & PFS2e are two completely different systems. I'm curious... How did your GM not know the difference? It's from 2016.

But, yeah, you cannot mix the two.

It's an easy mistake to make - both the new quests and the old quests (such as honor's echo and phantom phenomena) are listed under the same category:

And they are named very similarly:
Pathfinder Society Quest: Honor's Echo (PFRPG) PDF
Pathfinder Society Quest #1: The Sandstone Secret

Given that the old quests were free, it's no surprise they grabbed one of those and ran it.
