The tarrasque is no longer immune to disintegrate.Are we sure about this? The tarrasque's remastered stablock (which we do not have, as far as I know) could indicate otherwise.
Guess we will find out soon enough.

I believe Paizo has confirmed that Tarrasque is one of the things they're dropping in the separation from the OGL. So the only statblock we're going to get for it is the existing one. You can still use it in your games (just like you can the Drow) and you have the rules for it, but the next Spawn of Rovagug we see on screen is going to be one of the 5 other Great Spawn, or a new one.

The Tarrasque is an interesting case regarding the OGL split. It's loosely based on an old French story, but the D&D expression of the monster diverges enough as to probably be considered unique and something Paizo would like to move away from. Of course, that does mean the Lion headed, scorpion tailed, six legged, venom breathing giant turtle could make an appearance at some point.
