Same. I use USPS informed delivery to track my deliveries and it has been at "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" since the 27th.

I used to wonder how many months it would take for the system to recognize orders weren't shipping. Now the time is starting to be measured in years.

You should contact customer service through their email.

I could ... but I have a morbid curiosity about how long it will take the system to realize there's an issue :)

The system isn't an intelligent being. It's not going to realize there's a problem.

Just out of interest, are subscribers still receiving the occasional card or promo mini with their subscriptions? Just haven't had one in a very long time

Yes, I've been getting minis in my subscriptions. Usually in boxes big enough to have the foam peanuts, mostly when the month includes hardcovers.

If I order more than books, if it requires peanuts, I've been getting promo mini's with my orders. It encourages me to add things to the order :D
