Limited Availabilty

I was checking on some heritage FEATS, and found that one I was planning to take has limited availability (Dwarf Defy the Darkness). I did not find a way to purchase it in the boons section, so is there a way to get it that I am missing?

Limited means it will only be allowed with a boon; it does not imply that a boon exists.

The difference between Limited and Restricted, is that the former is something of "we can see a future where we add this", while Restricted is "most likely never, maybe as a rare charity boon thing".
