I've been looking but my offering of PFS1e 3-08 Among the G0ds hasn't appeared on the list.
Could someone look into that please?
@phaeton I haven't received a submission from you. Could you please use the GM Registration form to re-submit?
Can you withdraw my Breaking the Storm: Parting the Clouds game (row 522 of FCFS)? I suspect people want to play the whole series, and I am going to be a bit crunched on time to run the special and a high-tier game.
Thank you,
Doug
@Doug I will go ahead and remove that one from the list.

General Seating now open!
General seating is now open for all players. While there is no limit to the number of games you can sign up for, we do ask that everyone do their best not to overcommit. We also would ask that you not sign up for tons of games at the very beginning, to give everyone the chance to find a seat at a table. Sign up for a few, then wait a day or two to give others the chance.
Remember that the 1 game per character rule still applies to PBP/D games, so no signing up to play in multiple games with the same character.

Someone deleted a player who signed up at my table too early. I believe as a con GM they had access to edit the sheet earlier than signups were open.
Can we add a process note for VOs to comment on a cell or to PM a player who they remove?
It's a bit of extra work but this player had no idea he was removed and therefore almost lost his place when signups quickly filled up again.
Thanks for all you do!
Edit: Looks like another player was removed and has now found out he lost his seat at the table. They rushed a chronicle on their character just to play at my table.

Can you please PM me a bit more information about what happened? I agree, this sounds frustrating, and I don't know anything about it, but I will see what I can find out.
If this is for your table of the PFS2 special, it looks like there are currently two seats available.

Is it too late for players to sign up?
If it's not too late, where do we sign up?
It's not too late.
Here's the link to the link to sign up.

I found that spreadsheet but I don't see any games listed on it, just dates for the event. I did find some outpost games listed under the regular Community /Forums / Online Campaigns / Recruitment page.

Please cancel my Starfinder game Archivist's Inquiry, 5-11 on line 58 of FCFS.
Reason, still zero signups well after 48 hours of being mentioned on the Starfinder recruitment page, it has been 7 days in of gameday, and it gives players plenty of time to think about and a chance to sign up for another game that already has say 2 signups rather than try to sign up for my game only for it not to fire off because 2 or less people signed, thus preventing some disappointment.
If a player is in 3 games for say and wants to be in my game as a 4th and final game, they can instead sign up for another game as their 4th and final.

One Week To Go!
GMs, with one week to go before Outpost VI officially starts, you should be collecting player information, finalizing your tables, and making sure you have everything ready to go. While you cannot use any game text from the scenario yet, feel free to have your players start introductions and Role Play in the gameplay channels.

Each special has it's own, uhh special rules.
I think PFS 2-00 can give out credit 3 times (1-2, 3-6 and 7-8)
while 3-99 is twice (1-4 and 5-8)
And 3-98 is twice (1-6 doesn't matter if level is duplicate)
Can't have 2 different leveled sheets of the same special on the same character still though.
I'm less familiar with the Starfinder rules.

Are there any reporting links for Outpost? The PFS2e Bounty I was running is now finished. Also are there any bon or voucher rolls for the players?
I'm also going to run Among the Gods (PFS1e) under my own event code, not Outpost, so it may as well be removed from the schedule.
I also had a request to run PFS2e Return to the Grave which will be starting tomorrow. Do you think it could be finished before Outpost ends? If not, I'll run it under my own code.
OK. RPG Chronicles for reporting.
I'm doing my Chronicles manually since I'm not trusting RPG Chronicles. Besides, I do have an account but it's not showing the data for that game. It also says I have 15 games listed but is only showing 12. This makes me leery of using it.

The reporting information was all in the Outpost VI GM Bulletin (Event 2710406) email sent on 20FEB2023. If you can't find that email, DM me and I'll pass along the content for you.
For PF2 and SF there are no boons (you get bonus AcP). PF1 tables should roll for boons (20 wins). Paizo has graciously provided gift vouchers that will be randomly drawn from the pool of all players and GMs.
Return to the Grave can easily be finished in 5 weeks if you are diligent.
As was mentioned to you in a different thread, if you have problems with RPGChronicles, please DM me either here or on Discord (bigrin42#2231) and I can help look into it for you.

Having some issues figuring out the scenario numbers of a couple specials for Rox at RPGChronicles.
What is the scenario number for Ruins of Bonekeep I: The Silent Grave? It should be #3-99, right? It's showing up as 4-00, however, Race for the Runecarved Key is 4-00, right?
Anyone know the correct scenario numbers for these two?

I looked at my old notes. The -00 for specials seems to have originated with season 6.
My contemporaneous notes says:
Season 4:
4-SP Race for the Runecarved Key
4-SP Ruins of Bonekeep pt 1
Season 5:
5-SP Siege of Diamond City
5-SP Ruins of Bonekeep pt 2
Season 6:
5-99 The Paths We Choose
6-SP Ruins of Bonekeep pt3
6-00 Legacy of Stonelords
Season 7:
6-97 Siege of Serpents
6-98 Serpents Rise
6-99 True Dragons of Absalom
7-00 Sky Key Solution

Only 2 Weeks Left!
GMs, with only 2 weeks left in Outpost VI play, you should be winding down your tables (assuming you aren’t already finished) and getting them ready for reporting by our HQ crew. Hopefully you are in a good place to finish by the May 15 end date, but if not, please go ahead and mark your tables Ready for Reporting by May 15 so we can wrap up the convention in time for Paizocon. Then, finish your games as soon as you can. If you need assistance in pushing your game to the finish, please contact your PBP lodge Venture Officers.

I see there are door prizes (drawn randomly behind the scenes) and also boons rolled by pfs1 players. Are there multiple boons to roll between or just one option?
There are two options for the pfs1 GM's to chose from, but didn't see anything about the player 'roll a 20 and get a boon' boon.
All PF1 players have a 10% chance to win a boon. There are 3 boons to choose from.

Closing Weekend!
Okay GMs, this is the closing weekend for Outpost. Most of you have already wrapped up your games and reported by now (great job, by the way), but we still have about 30 games still going. Please wrap these up as soon as possible so your players can get ready for the next adventure.
Even if it looks like you won’t finish the gameplay by May 15 we are asking you to go ahead and report your games by the deadline so that we can finish up the admin stuff and close out the convention before Paizocon. Please help us by getting these last few games reported. Thanks again for stepping up to run games. It is greatly appreciated!

Um, I already reported mine, with the confusion that boons were not suppose to be rolled because it was drawn randomly. Should I just pm whoever is in charge who won what? At first I had my players roll for the d20 prize, then I read my pm saying that 50 vouchers were chosen randomly, so I mistakenly thought it didn't count and was done differently this year.
Or does it get reported with notes as to who won what through rpg chronicles?

That’s A Wrap!
163 games were reported, split almost evenly between GM Choice and First Come First Served recruitment. 86 GMs ran the games and hundreds of players joined them. What a great turnout!
Once the last few games get reported, we will be mailing out 50 randomly drawn prize vouchers, so make your offerings to the gods of chance, and may fortune be on your side.
We want to hear your feedback, so please fill out this feedback form. Let us know what you liked, and how we can improve in the future. This form is anonymous, but if you want us to get back to you, please let us know how (paizo forum message, discord DM, or email).
Thank you all for participating in Outpost VI - Strange-ish Things, and be on the lookout for the next PBP event, Gameday XII, coming this fall.
