Is there any way of compiling a list quickly of all Bard spells that give Morale and Competence Bonuses?
I am looking into the feasibility of a Bard built around Imperious Eldritch Heritage and the Heroic Echo ability.
I know that Inspire Courage gives Competence and that that has no interaction with Heroic Echo, but there might be other Competence bonuses that I can utilise

There sure is!
1. Open this handy spreadsheet
2. Click File -> make a copy
3. Click the top left corner (left of the A column, above the 1 row) and then click the Filter symbol (should be 2nd symbol from the right)
4. Filter for Bard spells (Column AF) and then filter the description column (R) for conditions -> text contains "morale bonus" or "competence bonus".
just want to add, if you are adding up bonuses. a bard with the trait of Strength of Submission and a scroll of Sow Thought (should cost 25 gp) get a permanent +1 to attack and damage out of it. (i usually set the thought as "I am awesome!")
-until some1 dispel the thought, but a lot of spells (like bless) are compulsion and getting a new one should be easy. can even take up the spell slot if you find the spell useful for other targets.

Honestly... no. You click the filter icon on column R, click "Filter by condition", then click on "None", the click on "Text contains", click in the box right below, type "morale bonus", then click the OK button.

Does the linked sheet have all the spells that are in AoN?
There's a tab in the spreadsheet titled "notes" that list the sources. The very last few books are missing, but I think everything up to Planar Adventures is included.
There're other spreadsheets by the same guy for feats, magic items, and NPCs. For monsters, I recommend the one I edited a bit, including the addition of calculated averages, the spreadsheet can be found here. And lastly, completly done by me, traits.
