Is there a way of getting more then 2 attack at the cost of a full action and a -4. Is there a way to lower that -4? I am basically making a monk and punching is their thing. I matched out things so I am dealing 11-16 dmg per hit. Or 12-24 dmg 6 times a day if I use a nanite ability charge. I have a feat to use. It would be great to either lower the nagitive or a third slap.


It's pretty much Operative and Soldier who get more then 2 attacks a turn. I can only think of one feat which reduces the penalty put since Unarmed isn't an Operative or Small arms, it doesn't count.

Yes, full attacks of more than 2 attacks are in Major Class Feature territory, not really something you can pick up early or add onto classes that don't already do it.

The statement about operative not working is incorrect, though, since the Death Strike exploit does allow you to put the operative property onto your unarmed strikes.


Soldier gets 3 attacks at Lv11
Solarian gets 3 attacks at Lv13
Operative gets 4 attacks at Lv13

If you're going full unarmed, you can snag Weapon Focus (Basic Melee) for a +1 to attack rolls.

idk what books you're using, but if you've got AA4 you can slap natural weapons on anything as a graft augment

ring of fangs is worth looking into

If you're an Operative and not opposed to using weapons, polarity gauntlets are bonkers big-boy damage if you've got advanced weapon proficiency and can manage to land all 4 hits on a target.

There is also the Multi-Weapon Fighting feat, which will drop the full attack penalty to -3 instead of -4 but you'll have to find a way to make unarmed strikes into operative weapons. I don't find it to be worth it damage-wise tho.

Photoenergetic node is another fun augment, if your gm isn't a pedant and doesn't mind considering unarmed strikes to be "held weapons". Super cheap for what it is, too.

Dipping a level into mystic for the sole purpose of grabbing the wrecking fists epiphany is fun, and it gives you improved unarmed strikes for free and removes the archaic property from your punchies.

Nothing feels quite like kaio-ken as activating photoenergetic node and burning a spell slot for an extra 3d6 during a tough fight.

Though wrecking fists/ring of fangs bites will out-damage it after a few levels.

Qi adept fighting style soldier is a very cool monk like soldier path. You get magic unarmed right at level one, get soldier chassis (so tanky, multi attack, lowered multi attack penalty, extra combat feats, all sorts of goodies), and eventually can do things like pseudo fly and fire blasts of plasma from your hands, even as a line or a cone or explosion. Couple that with ascetic warrior and you get improved unarmed strike right from level one and get some cool weapon properties to your unarmed attacks at level 3.


So I am building a nanocyte brawler had to fangle my str up to 13 just to take the cleave line.<talk me out of it if it is bad> and I am eyeing a weapon <Locus Blade> I can stab myself with to apply heal.


I know what I am taking for 5 lvl now. A short dip into soldier for qi adapt. Thanks Gaulin that solves figuring out how to become a spell caster so I can take mystic strike.

What is it? The feat I mean

Scoundrel finesse makes unarmed and whip like things operative I think

Precog with a specific choice can get 3 attacks. Or 2 with a second attempt if missed.


Multi weapon fighting as mentioned by others. I don't know of any feat (Available for a Nanocyte) which gave unarmed the operative trait. I forgot about Solarians having more then 2 attacks. I know others have mentioned ways to make it an Operative weapon, my post was from my knowledge which is obviously not All encompassing
