Can nanocytes form vehicles with gear array?

As the title says.

I'll play a nanocyte 7 soon-ish, and i've decided on most of my itens for gear array(s), but i'm missing out-of-combat mobility, specially fly speeds (outside of my jetpack).

By the wording, Major forms can't, but "technogical items" on Minor forms confuses me, and prompted the question.

Technological items are a specific category (the tech equivalent of magic items), which vehicles, although being technological in nature, are separate from.

It would be a cool ability for Nanocytes in a future book.

There's also this that negates the ability.
"To select a piece of equipment as one of your gear array’s major or minor forms, its level must be equal to or lower than your nanocyte level. Augmentations must be cybernetic, weapons and items must be technological items (not magic or hybrid), and you can’t select equipment that’s consumed on use (such as grenades) or whose bulk exceeds your Constitution modifier."

That brings up an interesting thought.

I assume that the knack surgical host bypasses that limitation as a medical lab is 50 bulk. Which is higher than you can get as a constitution score, much less modifier.

So I'd think that a knack that let you create a vehicle would be limited to very specific vehicles (probably an enercycle like the technomancer spell).

I was actually thinking about the wingboard, from The Hollow Cabal (The Threefold Conspiracy AP), a level 1 vehicle with "Speed 40ft., full 100 ft., 22mph (fly)", described as being "1 ft. Wide, 3 ft. Long". There's no written bulk, but I guess it would be under 6 (I'll have con 22), and I'd be able to do my Martin McFly or Ekko impersonation.
