They haven't had that phone available since the start of the pandemic. Their preferred method of contact is posting your issue here in the customer service forum and then waiting patiently for them to get to it. Alternately/additionally, you can send them an email and again, wait for them to get to it. Currently, there is no way to get immediate, live assistance. Good luck!

You may contact our customer service department at (425) 250-0800 (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM Pacific Time) <== Nobody is picking up and VMbox is full on both option 1 and 9.
Emailing customer.service@paizo.com is the best way.
It gets added to a customer queue then. The forums are a little more ad hoc (and public).
The phone is not currently being monitored.

Also, don't hold your breath for a response at all. I emailed (and posted on here) about an issue with a map I purchased 4 MONTHS AGO. In that time, I got 1 response here, and 2 responses to the email, all simply saying "okay, I have let [insert vague team here] know about the issue, and will give you an ETA shortly." I have not gotten any ETA in that time, and since they don't answer that phone anymore, and don't even clear the voicemails, there is no other way to reach anyone in charge. Its maybe the worst customer service I've ever interacted with, and no one on the team seems to care about that. So good luck.

Hi,
Email is the best way to get in contact with customer service since we are not currently in the office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have responded to your email as well as the forum post :)
