Are there any familiars that are plants? I got a leshy familiar on one of my characters by gestalting with a leshy warden druid. It seems so neat that I want to put it on his non-gestalt build. I already have the feat line for an animal companion there so I can just substitute them for the familiar bond ones instead.

How comfortable are you with 'homebrew'?
It's been a while, but I remember 3.5 had a familiar transmutation spell. If you'd want to convert it to pathfinder, you'd change the xp cost to... about 2,500 gp or something like it. Change the type to plant rather than being an elemental shouldn't be too different... I think there were a few feats that gave you a template in 3.5 like the undead familiar feat. Since that was Dragon Magazine, it's already Paizo. If your DM is open to adjusting things, consider adding templates like fungal creature via the improved familiar feat. They should lose the create spawn ability if you're going this route, but otherwise you're paying with feat so... I think it's appropriate.
Then again, if you're asking for strict 1st edition Pathfinder answers, I apologize, since none of my suggestions are that.
