Learning new languages

Is there a way to learn new languages? Without using a feat?

Although I don't think it is officially in the downtime rules, I imagine a person could use a week of downtime to retrain one of the languages they learned at 1st level due to a high (12+) intelligence to a new language provided they have a tutor for that language, or a 'Teach Yourself Jotun in Seven Days' book, or the like. If you had selected the multi-lingual feat, either due to a background, or whatever, you could also retrain the languages you picked for that feat.

Wasn't there a way to get either lores and languages by expending time and money?

In Pathfinder Society, once you've accrued 20 Reputation with the Grand Archive Faction (around level 2-3), you can spend 50 Days of Downtime to learn a Common Language or a Lore of your choice.

I enjoy doing it enough for my characters that I've incorporated it as a houserule for my home game, but AFAIK it's not part of the PF2 ruleset.
