Just for a more clear explanation, this has been an ongoing problem with UPS Mail Innovations, specifically, where tracking information either won't update at all, or will be very delayed in appearing. We suspect it's likely to do with pallets of orders not being scanned into their system at all. Sara Marie made a post about it when it started happening regularly back in February, and we'd hoped that it'd get better, but, obviously, it hasn't.
I know the lack of tracking can be incredibly frustrating, BUT for the most part, packages have arrived in a timely manner. We are, of course, always happy to get replacements sent out in situations where something has been clearly lost in the mail (it happens!).
I think Mail Innovations estimates tend to range from 3-8 or 4-10 business days, so also keep that in mind when you're trying to determine when your order should arrive!
If anyone has further questions about this, let me know and I'll try to answer to the best of my ability.

I do know that if you go the USPS priority mail route Paizo does not get the tracking number, but you can sign up for informed delivery with USPS.com and about 99 percent time the tracking info will show up in your informed delivery account about tracking info for the
package.
