I have been building a fighter without a feat intense concept in mind for the first time in ages and even after picking up the obvious like dodge and the weapon specialization feats I'm in awe of how many I still have to play with. So I started looking at other fun feats and ended up finding the flickering step feat and gained dimension door as a spell like ability I thought it would be fun to spend feats on a spell like ability fighter. I'm just looking for any feat or race that gives me spell like abilities. Drow seemed like the most obvious but I was wondering about others.
There's item mastery feats. Most others don't scale well; either 1st level abilities only, or ones which come very late like deific obedience.
Vishkanya get some weird feats like dispelling blood or warding blood, halflings can spend an unlimited number of feats on jinxing, dwarves have a few feats with odd abilities - note greater cloud invocation or shatterspell for example.
Edit: oh yeah, flickering step isn't the only conduit feat.

how about using a trait and a race ability to get access to every 0 level at will?
start with a race with an at will spell like ability (for example : elf light bringer or tiefling with soul seer alt ability), then get adopted by any genie-kin (orid,sylph ifrit etc) and pick > minor wishcraft = you can cast any 0 level spell all day long as long as a humanoid ask for it (if you're an elf you can do it yourself, if tiefling u need some1 else to wish, but talking is free action out of turn).

now that you can use disrupt undead at will. take a tiefling (with the soul seer sla) and pass as human alt trait -so now he count as humanoid(human) for everything. not only can he make his own wishs come true. he can then pick planer heritage(duskwalker) feat
and at level 3 pick Shoki's Argument for a nice range touch attack vs undead that gets stronger as he level!
now it needs is to find something that let you treat living\construct etc as undead and you can pow-pow all day long at everything. be a rogue and sneak attack with it as well...
