If a gunslinger chooses a two handed firearm and then takes the rapid reload feat what is the reload time on the weapon?

Baring other mechanics, the only thing operating on reload speed in your example is Rapid Reload.

So, base reload of a two-handed firearm is a Full-Round Action.
Rapid Reload reduces this to a Standard Action.

Commonly used are Alchemical Cartridges (specifically, Paper because they are cheaper) to reduce it by another step, to a Move Action. Though they increase the Misfire chance.

And finally, the Musket Master archetype is also used to reduce it by another step, effectively. Because with Fast Musket you can treat 2-handed firearms as a 1-handed firearm for reloading.
