I have some questions about Dazzling Display and Bardic performance in relation to Satire.
1. Do the penalties given by the demoralization and the satire stack given that they are from two separate abilities? My thoughts were one is utilizing a skill to demoralize, the second is using magical words to magically effect them.
2. If I utilize my bardic satire performance as a standard action the first round, it is a free action to maintain. Along with full-round actions (such as with dazzling display) I can do a free action, so can I do dazzling display while maintaining the performance?
Success: If you are successful, the target is shaken for one round. This duration increases by 1 round for every 5 by which you beat the DC. You can only threaten an opponent this way if it is within 30 feet and can clearly see and hear you. Using demoralize on the same creature only extends the duration; it does not create a stronger fear condition.
Fail: The opponent is not shaken.
Action Demoralizing an opponent is a standard action.
Retry? You can attempt to intimidate an opponent again, but each additional check increases the DC by +5. This increase resets after one hour has passed.
Starting a bardic performance is a standard action, but it can be maintained each round as a free action. Changing a bardic performance from one effect to another requires the bard to stop the previous performance and start a new one as a standard action. A bardic performance cannot be disrupted, but it ends immediately if the bard is killed, paralyzed, stunned, knocked unconscious, or otherwise prevented from taking a free action to maintain it each round. A bard cannot have more than one bardic performance in effect at one time.
At 7th level, a bard can start a bardic performance as a move action instead of a standard action. At 13th level, a bard can start a bardic performance as a swift action.
Each bardic performance has audible components, visual components, or both.
If a bardic performance has audible components, the targets must be able to hear the bard for the performance to have any effect, and many such performances are language dependent (as noted in the description). A deaf bard has a 20% chance to fail when attempting to use a bardic performance with an audible component. If he fails this check, the attempt still counts against his daily limit. Deaf creatures are immune to bardic performances with audible components.
If a bardic performance has a visual component, the targets must have line of sight to the bard for the performance to have any effect. A blind bard has a 50% chance to fail when attempting to use a bardic performance with a visual component. If he fails this check, the attempt still counts against his daily limit. Blind creatures are immune to bardic performances with visual components.

Great, thanks for the confirmation!
FYI dazzling display is best when gained through the cavalier order of the cockatrice.
its only a standard action and doesn't require a weapon or weapon focus.
Yeah. I actually was restricted to core classes for choices but was allowed any archetype from Paizo materials, so I couldn't choose a cavalier. I don't mind doing it this way. I wanted to take weapon focus anyway.

I really like DREADFUL CARNAGE, it's expensive feat-wise - you have to already want Power Attack at least - but there's no action better than a Free action.
(maybe not on a Bard, level 15 is pretty late in the game)
