I'm assuming you mean the Blade version of Divine Ally? If that's the case, no. Greater Doubling Rings only pass on the property runes on the weapon, while the Blade Ally only grants that property to that specific weapon while you are holding it.
Select one weapon or handwraps of mighty blows when you make your daily preparations. In your hands, the item gains the effect of a property rune...
The rings also replicate property runes from the weapon
Basically, since it's not from the weapon but from a class feature, it doesn't pass it on.

Agreed. Having the effect of a property rune is not the same as having a property rune.

Would the property Runes from the Spirit ally be replicated by the rings?
Not really.
By a more thorough reading, as others already mentioned, Blade Ally only provides the effects of a rune enhancement on the weapon, but is not in and of itself a rune enhancement to be transferred. As such, they aren't valid for rune transferring (free Holy/Flaming weapons for everyone!), or via doubling rings.
I also don't think it was intended, as otherwise the rules would have literally called it a rune enhancement, but it isn't. It has the effects of rune enhancements, but isn't a rune enhancement. It's the Spells versus Spell-Like Ability argument in PF1 all over again.
