Sirocco spell damages unattended objects?

Rules Questions

Dear All,

I have quick question.
Does Sirocco spell damages unattended magical objects? And if yes, does it mean they have ability to save on Fortitude?

What confuses me is that spells like fireball have specific text, that points out on possibility of damage for unattended objects. But Sirocco doesn't have this text.

Sirocco

RAW, it doesn't. It affect only creatures.

Quote:
A blast of furnace-hot wind blasts downward, inflicting 4d6 fire damage +1 point per caster level to all creatures in the area and knocking them prone.

As it inflict fire damage I would have it work as other kind of energy damage and affect the environment.

RAI, Probably the spell was meant to work like Horrid wilding, "This spell evaporates moisture from the body of each subject living creature," and not affect objects, but the texts say "fire damage", so it is deal energy damage and that dichotomy cause an inconsistency between the kind of damage and it affecting only creatures.
