Or would this make for a decent use of leadership?
Level 11 Inspired Blade can spend two panache points to autocrit (first grants Int bonus to attack)
Friendly fighter is flanking with a scythe. Toss a burst effect on it for good measure.
Pop a crit and hand it off, get that x4 with a fighter stacking huge modifiers.
Thoughts?

An elemental burst on a scythe adds 1d6+3d10 for an average of 20 bonus elemental damage.
Lead Blades/Impact + Enlarge gives you an extra 22 raw damage. Takes more effort to set up, but gives a larger benefit that's more widely useful.
Bonus points if the fighter is somehow using a large scythe or a tetsubo (or a large tetsubo. That's, what, 72 damage from the weapon dice alone?)

Have the Fighter be a 10th level Two-Handed Fighter to pick up fun things like Overhead Chop, Weapon Training, and Backswing... and that ever-popular dip into Living Monolith bringing them to level 11.
Although, 11th level Two-Handed Fighter gets Piledriver, and qualifies for Deadly Finish... which gives a free Bull Rush or Trip on any single attack, and turns every killing blow into a Coup de Grace, respectively.
Could have the Fighter VMC Rogue for some Sneak Attack, since you'll probably be Flanking...
