Subscriptions Delayed?

Are this month's subscription orders delayed? I am subscribed to the Pathfinder Accessories line and my subscriptions page says "This subscription always ships once a month on the Paizo release schedule" which would have been the 14th. I do not have an order processed. I should be getting a Pathfinder Advanced GM screen and NPC Battle Cards. Neither of those PDFs appear in my downloads. What's the status?

There was an issue with your order not processing correctly based on some stored data in your sidecart. You'll see an order in your order history that was immediately refunded to store credit, and that credit was applied to your order for your subscription Advanced GM screen and NPC Battle Cards. I've sent your order to our warehouse directly and they should be able to have it shipped out today. Thanks for your patience and let me know if you have any questions!

I had previously pre-ordered the NPC battle cards on order #26332376, paying $10.96 in shipping as part of a larger order that included a shipping charge of $48.14. It was after that, that I subscribed to the product line and had the pre-order items just added to the sub. I do not understand why I am now paying another shipping charge of $12.87 as part of order #36259379. Looks like I am getting double charged for the shipping.

This may be a problem again next month when my sub order for the Bestiary 2 battle cards is fulfilled. I have already paid for the shipping of that item ($12.87) as part of the above order #26332376, so the shipping next month should be zero.

Our system shows that that order 26332376 originally had a shipping charge of $48.13 and an order total of $277.11, however it appears that the Bestiary 2 Battle Cards and NPC Battle Cards were cancelled due to the start of your subscription and so the shipping cost for these items was not included in the initial payment. I did see that there was an outstanding adjustment on your order for $11.66, which I have returned to store credit. If you're seeing that you were charged more than $151.86 for this order, let me know and I would be happy to investigate further. Let me know if you have any other questions!
