Question:
Does the +1 to weapon damage rolls apply to the extra dice a weapon gets?
I.E. If prayer is up, does a +1 Holy Longsword vs an evil creature have these damage dice:
1d8 +1(magic bonus) +1(prayer bonus) +2d6
OR
1d8 +1(magic bonus) +1(prayer bonus) +2d6 +2(prayer bonus)
I'm asking because we've been putting the Prayer bonus we get at times in the "Temp Dmg" field on the bottom of our character sheets in Roll20, but that applies to all damage dice included in the weapon block, not just the primary weapon die.

its a roll20 error
roll20 adds any extra damage modifiers to all damage rolls incorrectly
like if you add power attack as a buff that adds 3 damage and have a flaming weapon it adds the 3 power attack damage to the weapons normal and 3 to the fire.
its not correct, but the only way i found to fix it is add a negative modifier to the secondary number to balance it out

Any bonus to damage rolls gets added only once to the total roll.
Any bonus to damage dice gets added to every applicable die.
Example:
You and each of your allies gain a +1 luck bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saves, and skill checks, while each of your foes takes a –1 penalty on such rolls.
The bonus is added once.
Example (hypothetical spell):
You and each of your allies gain a +1 luck bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage dice, saves, and skill checks, while each of your foes takes a –1 penalty on such rolls.
The bonus is added to all dice of the weapon itself but not any additional dice (Flaming/Holy property, ...), e.g.:
a Warhammer would be 1d8+1(bludgeoning),a Flaming Warhammer would be 1d8+1(bludgeoning) +1d6(fire),
a Greatsword would be 2d6+2(slashing),
a Flaming Greatsword would be 2d6+2(slashing) +1d6(fire).
