What is the range on a Cytillesh Stun Vial?
There is no range increment given on how far you can throw this thing... I'm sure there's a generalized rule somewhere for all alchemical weapons, but I can't find an actual reference. Hopefully someone can help me out.
BAM - at least that's how I'd handle it!
While not technically a "splash weapon" in that it doesn't deal damage (and, you know, the range is not included in the list of ranged weapons), it's a thrown item that breaks on impact and creates <effect>.
This may also apply in the future.
That said, RAW it seems like it doesn't actually get thrown - a kobold just breaks it on themself, eats the penalty, and then goes nuts on whatever else they're trying to attack.

No rule that I know of or can find, but every other 1/2 pound alchemical weapon (except the ones which are applied directly to normal weapons like holy weapon balm) has a range increment of 10'.
