Rage Prophet's Savage Seer

Rules Questions

So I want to try this class and I need some explanation about it before I start.
The requirements for this prestige are harsh. I need to take 3 levels in oracle and barbarian before I can take it(or 2+4 or 1+5).
If I take it 3+3 I will have two revelations from oracle and one rage power from barbarian(moment of clarity, btw, because it's mandatory).
Now to my question.

"Savage Seer: A rage prophet's class level stacks with barbarian levels for determining the effect of rage powers, and with oracle levels for determining the effect of oracle revelations and his oracle's curse. This does not grant additional abilities."

Does it mean that I'm stuck with two revelations and one rage power till the end, or I will gain second rage power on first level of rage prophet, third rage power on third level and third revelation on fourth level?

Rage Prophet doesn't grant you new rage powers/revelations, but it does increase the level of any that you have, eg. If you took Strength Surge as a Rage Power then a Barb-3/Oracle-3/Rage-Prophet-10 would get +13 to their roll from Strength Surge Rage Power.

You also can take the "Extra Revelation" and "Extra Rage Power" feats, though obviously this costs you a feat.

That’s correct, you don’t gain any more revelations/rage powers unless you take the Extra Revelation/Rage Power feat.

The “traditional” Rage Prophet entry levels are barbarian 2/oracle 4 precisely because of the lack of stacking for so many of the class features. The Spells per Day feature does stack, so weighting towards oracle is generally preferred. Nowadays, though, most people just play a bloodrager if they want to play a spellcasting barbarian. The one thing Rage Prophet still has that no one else can really touch is the 7th level Ragecaster ability to add your Con modifier to the save DC.

To me the most taxing problem is you do not even get new rage rounds as you progress on Rage Prophet, so you are very much frozen at 6+CON (for a barbarian 2/oracle 4).

If you want to try a similar taste on a raging divine caster that still works at high level, I suggest you have a look at a combat cleric with the rage subdomain. You need to wait until 8th level, but you can maintain full caster and get more rage rounds per day.

In fact a Barbarian 2/Cleric 4 with Oracle Variant Multiclassing and the Rage subdomain might be a more interesting idea to explore than the Oracle itself, as you can get extra rage rounds more easily. A Cleric 12/Oracle VM with the Rage subdomain can even qualify by himself for the Prestige Class without other multiclassing.

The Ape and Boar Shaman Druid archetypes also give you access to the Rage subdomain, so there is a unique path of exploration there about a wild shaped Rage Prophet.
