Good evening!
The shipment arrived in good order today. However, my copy of Devil at the Dreaming Palace arrived with the front lower corner smashed in. What is the process for obtaining a unmushed copy of the book? I can send the original book back. And there is no definite hurry on this one, so if a replacement copy is made available, it can ship with an upcoming subscription instead?
Please let me know how best to handle this. Thanks!

You should photograph the cover of this product with your cellphone and e-mail it to customer.service@paizo.com along with the name of the item and your order number and request a replacement.
From past experience, they probably won't ask you to send back the damaged item or pay for the replacement shipment.

I don't know the best way to do this without bumping the thread. This month's order 33355439 also came in severely damaged. I am sending an email with images attached. Hopefully adding this request does not dump my issue back to the line of a month+ queue.
I'm not running this AP anytime necessarily soon, so this isn't urgent, but I would feel a lot better knowing what my status was. Thanks!

Wowee I'm so sorry I missed this thread Sporkedup!
I see your email and I apologize that two of your books arrived damaged. I have set up replacements for both books in your sidecart and they should generate when we auth later today. Thanks so much for your patience!
Hooray! Thanks! Should be a really sweet haul for October then. Book 3 has been lonely on my shelf. :)
