First Order in thread title is my regular subscription for July. I had to change card #s because of a fraud report. I was eventually able to add the new card to my account, but I could not get the manage payment button in the pending orders to change the existing card. (I wanted to edit and hit the retry button, but could not make it save the new info I entered. So I added the new card # instead.) I'd like to associate all of my orders with the new card #, not the old, declined card # which is holding everything up.
On Order 23309688: The pdfs in this order were bought during the May pdf sale, but they were incorrectly not priced with the discount at the time. I also am not sure if the difference from the full price I paid and the discounted price I was promised was ever credited as store credit or refund, because I lost or did not keep my paper receipts. I did not see any sign of this being fixed in my online statements; please check on this and fix it or point me to the order in my history where the discount reduced my bill as store credit.

Thank you for your patience. I'm so sorry our system was giving you some trouble with switching your payment method. I have processed the new payment on file and you should see a confirmation email now. Your order should ship out by the end of the day tomorrow.
As for the PDF sale, I have checked in with our Webstore Coordinator to confirm the sale price of the PDFs. Once I have that information, I will reach back out to you to let you know if we'll be adding any store credit to your account. Thanks again for your patience!

While you work on that, I think you have a web issue with tracking the payments. The problem is that the system seems to be stuck somewhere, with my old card #. Just today, there was a payment declined message from the August order bleeding into September, I think. Maybe some sidecart items still have the old number and are not being refreshed?

I have updated the prices of the PDFs on your order to display the Spring Social discounted pricing and credited your account for the difference.

I'm glad to hear that I can now pay for my subscriptions, but I can't seem to get Skitter Home from my shopping cart into a sidecart. I click Place your order, but nothing happens.
