When you are large, either physically or in a large or larger power armor, when you take a 5 ft guarded step, you may take a 10 ft guarded step. If you are huge you take a 15 ft guarded step and increasingly so however you become larger.
It seems logical to have bigger guaisteps for bigger creatures, but it might be game breaking for mechanics. Any thoughts on this?

It would be extremely, extremely strong. Consider that currently, if you're adjacent to a creature with reach, it would take two steps to get far enough away to avoid AoOs for spellcasting/ranged attacks. This would reduce that to one, so it means you can still do Standard actions like spellcasting or attacking. That takes away a significant power of the enemy (reach).
Also, is it really that logical? Guarded steps represent careful, precise movement. Are really big chunky creatures naturally better at that? Size isn't even all that correlated with regular speed, so why should it be with guarded steps?

Yeah, it'll get you away from medium sized opponents with reach or large enemies without reach. But it doesn't get you away from someone who has invested in keeping their AoO relevant.
Personally I think that's a good thing because running into enemies with Step Up and Step Up and Strike will be rare. But against a majority of enemies it will work well.
