1 level dip: heavy armor, knowledge (local), perform all class skills

Hi,
I'm looking for a 1-level dip that gets all of the above to be trained. And ideally also has something else interesting going on (aristocrat works, but I'd like something more interesting/useful). Character has high Int and Str, 12s for Dex and Con, 10 for Chr, and 7 for Wis.

Extra points social skill bonuses, full BAB and 2 or more good saves.

Oathbound Paladin (Oath of the People's Council) gets everything except Knowledge Local.

Also remember that having class skills only give you a +3 in those skills, it might be totally fine to miss a class skill (especially with a high INT).

There are several options that get you 2 out of 3.

Are you already proficient with medium armor?

If so, and if you are allowed to use third party material, the True Professional rogue archetye automatically gives you both of the desired class skills and can grant you heavy armor proficiency with your 1st level bonus feat.

Masked maiden vigilante. Fairly distinct requirements on your background, but it has that all - if only with Grey Maiden plate. Faceless enforcer vigilante has different and likely easier background requirements, but they still need to be compatible with you. Both fit your additional criteria if you choose the avenger specialization.

Other than that all I can think of is 2 of the three, or takes 2+ levels to come together.

Thanks folks. I'm leaning toward an Order of the Lion Cavalier. Doesn't get perform, which I'll have to do with extra traits I guess.

No 3rd party material :-(

Doing Bard VMC, so getting perform maxed matters a fair bit. As does the armor. Knowledge(local) is an in-character thing that I want to be really strong at, but yeah, it's just +3.
