I mean cool, but after i murk your summoner with archery and an adaptive hornbow all that s%!+ disappears.
How do you mean? It’s pretty hard to shoot a bow when you’re surrounded by large aerial beasts.
And I think the default assumption should be that a summoner has some generic ways of avoiding common threats. Invisibility and summoning are so closely related that their interaction gets specifically mentioned together in the rules.

I don't get into schrodingers caster games. They only work out that well in forum discussion and never in actual play.

Seriously, your entire argument rests on being able and allowed to PVP the Summoner. That's not gonna happen at 99% of tables.

Most PVP among well built characters just comes down to who wins the init roll anyway.
To be fair, though, nothing says your GM can't throw a competent archer enemy at you. Which still doesn't matter much because any competent summoner is basically always going to have up Barkskin, Ablattive Barrier, and Clayskin or Stoneskin, and have solid AC because they can wear armor and a Mithral buckler on top of the aforementioned Barkskin. It's not uncommon for level 10+ Summoners to be walking around with 30 or more AC.

Ditto, even the evil campaigns I've been in never allowed PVP. The one time it was allowed was a 1-shot and that was more of a "well he got dominated and we don't have a counter, so lets kill him then sort it out".

The Summoner that played with my Alchemist to 20 PFS had deific obedience(Arshea) so typically didn't wear any armor... but still had mid-upper 30s in AC. Cha as an armor bonus on a Cha-based class is pretty good. My Alchemist on the other hand, had something like 50 AC and many other layered defenses (including a contingent resurrection).
