How does Burning Arc work with the orc sorcerer bloodline (+1 damage per dice rolled)? If I cast the Burning Arc at a 9th level and target 3 enemies, will it deal 9d6+9, 4d6+4, and 2d6+2 or will it deal 9d6+15, 4d6+15, and 2d6+15?
The wording isn't particularly specific and I haven't been able to find any info in the rules about this situation.
Here's a test: does it make sense that if you only had a single target you would get 9d6+9, but if other targets are present you'd get 9d6+15 instead? Imagine a fireball variant that told you to roll damage seperately for each target, being used in a crowded room. Which interpration sounds right?
It would be 9d6+9, 4d6+4, 2d6+2. The bloodline adds one point to each damage die rolled on each hit. Similarly you wouldn’t get 4d6+12 on each ray of scorching ray at 11th, it would still be 4d6+4.
