The lvl 2 medic ability that lets you over heal the Stamina is really really strong.
We have a Healer Mystic in our group and now their spending RP to heal stamina. which has 2 effects.
1) It makes his healing really strong
2) It make the Envoy feel pretty useless as he was specialized in healing stam
Is anyone else having problems with this ability? Am I reading it wrong?

I was thinking that it should only work if the subject has HP damage to heal; if the target is already at full HP, it would not work. Otherwise a doctor could Treat Deadly Wounds on somebody who had no "deadly wounds."
I'm not sure if this jives with thr exact wording, but I feel like it would both keep the Envoy's function and prevent "over-heal" from being wasted.

I like it because it makes healing mystics feel useful. I do think that it is best used in a party without inspiring boost, but even with inspiring boost it can be okay.
At higher levels, monsters and bad guys can injure more than one person at time. Having more than one person who can heal stamina can be a good thing.
Even though I have inspiring boost, I don't use it all the time. When I am not boosting, I am shooting, harrying, flanking, or doing other things to help the team. Being an envoy is about flexibility, and there are lots of interesting improvisations that can be selected instead. If your envoy is unhappy, perhaps she or he can retrain the improvisation?
Or you have both players talk with you and discuss the matter and come up with their own solution. Remember that the envoy cannot heal stamina unless the hit has been made in their round of action. The medic cannot heal stamina unless the subject already has taken hit point damage. They cover two different uses.

Envoy heals got some big boosts in COM as well but yes medic looks really strong for mystic. One of the issues with mystic is that at least at lower level they tended to overheal a bunch when they used their magic. So this keeps a lot of what you do from being wasted/wasteful.
Envoys got some nice things such as a full round "attack" version of their stamina regen that hits the entire party at once. One issue with envoy was action economy is if it is better to blast than to heal on any given round. Being able to spend one round to hit EVERYBODY with your heal seems like it fixes that pretty well.
Also they have an alternate character option that lets them switch up their expertise stuff so that they can apply their expertise dice to their stamina heals. Combined with the previous ability and you for one full action just stamina healed the dickens out of your party.
