Given that this order left our warehouse on August 26th and has a 10 business day transit time, the order still has a few days to reach you within its estimated time frame. We should give it its full time to potentially reach you. Please let us know if the package is still missing after end of day this coming Tuesday, and at that point we can certainly call it a lost package and send you a replacement. Thank you!
