We have 12 classes. There are currently 12 multiclass archetypes. You can't multiclass in your current class (and presumably into something you are already multiclassing into). You can multiclass multiple times, but must spend at least three feats before you can move into a new path.
So, since you get 10 class feats, if you were to REALLY stretch for it, you could conceivably multiclass three times, covering four classes.
So, 12 x 11 x 10 x 9 = 11,880 possible combinations.
Does that look right? I really suck at math.
If you're playing a human with Multitalented, that actually gets higher. 95,040 total possible combinations if I did my math right.
With just the Core Rulebook.

Depends how you count it. If you don't care about what order you take the dedications in, then it's 12 * 11 * 10 * 9 as you say. Except you could also multiclass only once, or only twice, so it's really (12 * 11) + (12 * 11 * 10) + (12 * 11 * 10 * 9) = 13332 combos. Naturally the last option dominates the result so it doesn't really matter much.

What about multiclassing at 20th Level? Wouldn’t that introduce a possible fifth class?
Oh yeah, you're right. I should have rounded up instead of down. :P
665,280 possible class combinations then.
