So, I've checked my Boons for something that might help with the tentacles, but I've got nothing, and none of my powers nor equipment will help either; anyone else?


Looking at the distance and height, along with cover from the stored exhibits, I'm going to say that he's not in view for the spell. Totally works on the grioth though!

The distance should not be a problem at all, but fine, VS Omega Red it is, then.

BTW, that is a great tentacles template, where did you find it?

I've taken the liberty of giving everyone who didn't already have it some color-coding; hope you all approve.

Thanks! I knowingly took the risk of playing up at level 3, but that black tentacles spell completely caught me by surprise. :-/ Guess I still have to learn a lot. If Kaervek survives, he will definitely invest in scrolls of dispel magic - even if it's just to hand them out to someone else.

@GM: Is the seance (Link) from the medium that left the game still in effect? Might be relevant for my next turn...


On first look, I would say it is not. I'm not aware of any rulings on persistent effects from characters that dropped out, but if you can point me to anything we can go with it. I typically treat dropped characters as not effecting the game.

Google image search managed to find it. I've seen similar templates elsewhere, picked up a pack on Roll20. I might have a token pack PDF somewhere but the search was easier.
