I'm getting annoyed. I haven't had a decent run in Slay the Spire for over a week with either Silent (Ascension 17) or Ironclad (Ascension 18). It's frustrating.

Flex and Bison are similar tools. They are used to build parsers for a lot of languages.

We had a reservation for a group to come in yesterday. A college team of some sort. 10 or 12 rooms. They never showed. Or called. Or anything. So they got charged over $1100 to not stay at our hotel. Sucks to be them.

Yeah I had envenom and some shivs then nightmare to make the extra catalysts and that pretty well did it.

This is the first time I can remember an entire group not showing up. I wonder if the date was put in the computer wrong or something.

That would be my assumption or they booked it for the wrong night because life has taught me it is usually the guest that made a mistake.

When it comes to groups, it's a toss up as to who made the mistake. At least, it was with our old group sales lady. The new one hasn't been around long enough for me to form an opinion yet.

Yeah my current group sales person is terrible too. one time She had a group of 20 that she didn't put in the system and we had sold out already when they arrived. WWWHHHEEEWWW boy was that a mess.

We had something like that happen a few years ago. I wasn't working that day, but I heard about it later. Luckily they were able to put the group into our sister hotel, but it was still a big problem. Especially when the desk clerk called the sales lady and asked what to do, and she said "Not my problem. You figure it out." and hung up. That did not go over well with our manager.

From what I understand we had to send them to another hotel about half an hour away had to pay for it and we lost a ton of money

Technically, we should have had to pay for their rooms, but instead the manager managed to fast talk them into considering it an "upgrade" and to pay that hotel instead of us.

Lol Just made burgers tonight nothing special.

I did make jambalaya last week. Pretty good. I made it with tomatoes apparently I'm suppose to make it with a roux for it to be authentic so maybe I will try that next time. Although I don't know when they will be because It's to spicy for my SO.
