Junk Drone

In the adventure Junker’s Delight you can get a junk drone and it says the following :

When activated, you control it as if you were a 1st-level mechanic, using its remote control or a computer with an added control module.

Where can I get this “remote control” and what is the range of it?

Since it says "using its remote control," I'd assume it comes with one. If not, I'd use an engineering or computer check to build one. For range, I'd use the same range as a mechanic's custom rig, which is 2500 feet, or if you feel the junk quality of it would cut the range, then reduce the down to 1250 feet.

I think I got it.
With “using ITS remote control” I guess they mean the mechanics custom rig and for everyone else the computer with a control module since there isn’t a remote control anywhere in the books. :)

"Its" is possessive, referring to the remote control of the junk drone. Implicitly, this means the junk drone comes *with* a remote control.

Its just, you can also build your own out of any computer that can have the Control module installed in it ( which is any computer, AFAIK ).
